Our first floor villa in the heart of Sea Pines has been completely renovated with new stone tile flooring, furniture, granite countertops and 3 flat screen TV's. We can comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa.
The condo is located along the 9th hole of the Ocean course with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 3 minute walk to the Ocean and Heron Point golf courses. Our guests can take advantage of the onsite pool (with baby pool).
Miles of winding pathways are easily accessible to bikers, walkers and joggers as they enjoy the beauty of Sea Pines. Harbour Town (Verizon Heritage PGA Tournament) and South Beach (Salty Dog Cafe) are only short bike or trolley rides away.

Perfect Condo for our Active Family!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time this summer in Hilton Head. We really loved the layout of the condo - it worked out perfectly for our family of four. Tastefully decorated, too! Each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the patio while the children prepared for the day's adventure. Our children loved returning from the beach each day to jump in the condo's pool. Location was great - we were able to bike everywhere in Sea Pines - a visit to Harley at the stables, pizza at the Mellow Mushroom, jet skiing near Harbour Town, dinner at Salty Dog, and Giuseppi's. We also were thrilled we had easy access to the Beach Club for our daily visit. John was very easy to work with as far as deposit and rental payment. We hope to be back! Highly recommend!

My wife, 2 daughters and I had a GREAT time at your condo. It was all (+) some of all the details posted in the information that John listed. The place was very clean, well organized and location was superb. We had a SUPER week in the sun, great biking and good ole Southern Hospitality at HHI. I definetly give this condo a "Thumbs Up" for comfort, cleaniness and lots of space. With Harbour Town and South Beach is just a few minutes away, the Salty Dog and Crazy Crab are within that bike ride too. John was a "Super" person to deal with and WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

We just returned from an amazing week long vacation & enjoyed every minute of it! The condo is absolutely wonderful! Everything is so clean and well kept!! My wife and I, along with our eight year old granddaughter just spent Heritage week in this beautiful condo. I was initially hesitant about not going through a local rental agency, as I have done for many years, however John was most gracious and worked with us to alter the rental period to meet our needs. I found the rental experience and the property exceeded the quality and value of several recent rentals through one of the local, nationally known rental agencies. The weather was exceptional the entire week and the location was perfect for Trolley access to Harbourtown and the tournament. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience the best combination of beach and golf access.

VERY ACURATELY DESCRIBED CLEAN & CONVENIENT GROUND FLOOR CONDO ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND INSIDE OF BEAUTIFUL SEA PINES PLANTATION. JOHN WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN GETTING US SETTLED & COMFORTABLE FOR OUR VACATION STAY. THE SEA PINES BIKE RENTAL & OCEAN/HERON POINT GOLF FACILITY ARE A VERY SHORT WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE CONDO, AND BOTH THE SALTY DOG CAFE & THE HARBOUR TOWN LIGHTHOUSE ARE A VERY COMFORTABLE & ENJOYABLE BIKE RIDE AWAY. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANY OF MY SOUTH CAROLINA BOUND CLIENTS, THANKS AGAIN!

We spent 3 months in this comfortable condo and loved every minute of it. We have been coming to HH for several years and have always rented a house but decided to try something smaller and this condo was just what we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked it for next winter as well. The condo is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The owner is so pleasant to work with and always available to help if needed. We had a great experience here. Thanks John!

My husband, son and I stayed there last May. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we LOVED it! The condo was super clean, very new stuff, and a perfect size for us! It also was a PERFECT location! Just a couple of mins to the beach or a nice short walk! I can't wait to go back and stay here again! Thanks John!
