It is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom (master bedroom with king bed & lake view and guest bedroom with twin beds) and 2 full baths. Our carriage home is spacious and has cathedral ceilings. Our eastern exposure lanai, which is 21 feet long, overlooks a lake and the 10th fairway to the golf course. Our carriage home also has a one-car garage.
No smoking and no pets.

Lexington has an 18 hole championship golf course, 12 lighted tennis courts, 6 heated swimming pools, driving range & putting green, clubhouse with fine & casual dining, exercise room, and full time activity staff. This rental includes the transfer of golfing privileges (with transfer of amenities fee below), which allows for 7 day advance tee time reservation and discounted price for 18 holes of golf with cart included (fees for those without such privileges are more expensive and only allow for a 2 day advance tee time reservation).
