  This will be the only place I stay from now on. Clean, comfortable, 5 steps to beach. Close to all resturants, grocery stores, and shopping. Beautiful sunset from patio or from upper deck. I could go on and on.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  I've been to PCB several times, and this is the best place I've stayed. My sisters and I spent the most relaxing week. The moment you walk in, the view out back overwhelms you. The townhouse had everything we needed. Went for walks on the beach, collecting shells, saw dolphins in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. DID I MENTION THE VIEW?? No highrise condos to intrude on the beauty. Can't wait to return!

  My husband and I along with our three grandchildren just got back from staying at this lovely condo. The pictures do not do it justice. This is a much more quiet area than the big high rises on Panama City Beach. It was so nice to relax and watch our grandchildren play on the beach with out worries. I must say that this condo was equiped with great kitchen gear and the beds where also very comfortable. It was also very clean. I can't tell you how much we all loved this area of the beach, it made for a fantastic vacation. Thank you Bob, for all your help and good suggestions. We definitely recommend this place!

  Visited twice in 2010 and will be back in 2011. Our honeymoon in April and again Sept. The beach was what my wife needed to relax and the golfing in the area is superb. Holiday Golf, Bay Point, Santa Rosa Golf Club, The place is clean and appliances are up to date. The sand and water were fantastic. Had my coffee on the deck each morning as we watched the dolphins swim by. Hate to tell everyone about our find on the Emerald Coast, but just had to share it with all of you. Thanks Bob and Kathy.

  You just can't get any closer to the water than this. Bob and Kathie - we were thrilled with the accommodations. In fact, I sort of hesitate to leave this comment for fear it will lead to more rentals, and less availability for us in future years! Just kidding - that would be selfish wouldn't it! Your kitchen was very well equipped, which is important to us folks who love to cook in at night. Sunsets off the patio...what an experience. We visit the gulf every year and make a point never to miss one. We love the off season since many days, we could look up and down the beach and not see another living soul. We felt like the whole beach was ours alone! Thank you again for providing the spot for a perfect vacation. You are very fortunate to have such a grand place! We'll be sure and stay in touch!!!

  We stay in rentals and time shares all over the world and we have never been happier with a property. It was exactly as described and even better than we expected. You literally step right out the door onto the beautiful white sand beach. We could watch our grandsons from the porch without any worry as they played at the water's edge. For the price there isn't a better bargain in the whole South Walton area. We hardly ever return to a spot, because we have so many we want to see, but this would be one we might revisit.
