This condo is very spacious and perfect for extended family or multiple couples traveling together! Share the cost with others! This new, modern, tropical villa is fully loaded and furnished to perfection in Hawaiian style decor and art. Very airy and bright, with over 2,000 sq ft. of living space, featuring tall ceilings and oversized picture windows. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and is located upstairs, (floor 2) with it's own private bath, walk-in closet, and "his and hers" vanity sinks. The master suite also has it's own adjacent private lanai with ocean views and a fun hammock for relaxing! There is a small den/loft upstairs along with bedroom 2 containing a queen size bed. This upstairs bedroom also has it's own private bathroom. The lower floor has a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and it's own adjacent bath. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and bright with granite countertops and bar. There is a separate dining area near the kitchen which seats 6 people. The living area opens out to the spacious lanai with palm trees, grass and tropical flowering plants. You can see the cruise ships when they come in while enjoying your morning coffee right from your lanai table.
You will love the location of Alii Cove, a modern gated community directly across the street from Honl's Beach park where you can watch surfers and relax on the beach or hang out in the shade. On site there is an infinity edge resort style pool, spa, outside shower, and recreation and fitness center. Quaint Kona town village is within walking distance where you will find lots of ocean activities, shopping and restaurants.
