Sarasota is unlike any other Florida coastal area we have been in....it has a eclectic mix of arts and culture, world famous beaches and many nooks and cranny's of exciting areas such as Saint Armands Circle, Lido Beach, Siesta Key, Downtown to name a few. We just love it here!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo ~ End Unit
We found our unit after two years of searching. Its an end unit so we enjoy the extra sunlight in both bedrooms. The back wall of the unit is all glass doors and you can enjoy the lanai from the master suite and the living room. The skylights also add more light during the day and in the evening they are great for star gazing. We loved the quaintness of the complex and the landscaping is very tropical and beautiful. The pool is very clean and refreshing and the tennis court is also on the premises. We also like that our designated parking spot is very close to our unit. The people here are extremely friendly as many of them live here year round. The location is in a beautiful area and close to everything.

My husband and I fell in love with Sarasota's beautiful beaches and unique mix of culture and the arts. We have been searching for a retirement area for years. This condo is our second home and we use it in the off season and someday we will become snowbirds ourselves. We hope to share our condo with friendly people who also have an appreciation for life and the beautiful gift of travel.
