Herring Cove Village is Provincetown's new construction vacation home property.
This is a stunning, quality design that features a clean, modern and smart floor plan, open living spaces, and incredible light, all in a shiny fresh package. Located in Provincetown's trendy West End, Herring Cove Village provides a convenient yet incredibly serene location that delivers on the very best of 'PTown' living. You're just a quick, beautiful walk over the Moors and Dunes to Herring Cove Beach, Provincetown's most popular beach for gay, lesbian and straight beach goers alike. At the same time, you're only a 15 minute walk or even shorter bike ride to the excitement and action of Provincetown's top restaurants, shops and nightlife. In general, you don't need or want to have a car in Provincetown. You can easily walk, or better yet, rent a bike for the week to get around town. Provincetown offers beautiful biking trails in and around the beaches, dunes, and forests.
Herring Cove Village's location is in easy proximity to some of Provincetown's notable West End fine dining and entertainment establishments. This Herring Cove Village Penthouse Duplex delivers incredible panoramic views from its four-season enclosed cupola and its adjacent 30+ feet high widow's peak roof deck. You'll be simply amazed by the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, Provincetown Harbor, Dunes and Provincetown Monument.
What's more, there's outdoor living from every floor in the building, each with its own special view. Just imagine:
• Enjoying cocktails with friends from enclosed cupola and roof deck with 360° panoramic views
• Watching the sunset over Herring Cove Beach from the Loft bedroom
• Dining on the huge 20'x8' back deck off the Great Room
In fact, gorgeous views will captivate you from the many outdoor decks and picture windows in this unit.
From its inception, the developers and architects of Herring Cove Village strove to blend Cape Cod tradition and charm with modern and unique details in a way that, most importantly, would reflect and take advantage of its premiere West End setting. The result is an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows that brings nature in, a beautiful airy loft leading up to an incredible head house and roof deck, and several other decks and balconies. All of this while still delivering all of the modern conveniences like a chef’s kitchen, a sumptuous master suite and bath, fireplace, and in-unit laundry.
Herring Cove Village is a high-end vacation home development, and as such, features everything and more you would expect and hope.

We are talking proud owners here and they should be! This home delivered everything they promised and more. We loved it's quiet location in the far west end with easy access to the beach. The place was spotless and bright and beautifully furnished and equipped. Its was just a very comfortable space and it felt like home right away. There are decks on three levels and a front porch so if you want sun or shade it's available all day long. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean from the roof top deck with a glass of wine. If you are an early riser the sunrises from the top deck are equally spectacular. We found the kitchen well equipped to make meals and the local grocery store is only a short ride away You can walk to the beach and town and you really don't need a car, but having a parking space right in front of the place was really nice. There will be days you won't want to leave the place it's so comfortable. We enjoyed dinner at the Red Inn and Dalla Cucina but make reservations before you go and if you are spending time in town try lunch at Far Lands on Bradford St. they have the best sandwiches and baked goods. Make sure you take a walk on the jetty and bike or walk the trails at the National Seashore Park. We would highly recommend this house and we look forward to our return next year. Thank you Jim & Ted, Jo Lynne and Luna too!

We can only reiterate what others have said before us. The condo is perfectly represented in words and pictures on the website. It is every bit the modern, open living space advertised with every possible amenity not only available, but of the highest quality. The breathtaking sunsets, the picturesque views, and the ease of access to beaches, restaurants, and shops all made for one of the most relaxing and comfortable vacations we’ve had on the Cape in years. Also, property manager Jo Lynn’s preparations of the place made us feel as though we were the very first guests, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of owners Jim and Ted who left a welcoming note and bottle of sparkling wine. We most definitely plan a return visit.

This unit is wonderful. Clean, modern, great views and all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay, including modern kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Close to Herring Cove Beach, Province Lands bike trains, and West End shopping/eateries. The owners are also great about communicating with you, getting you prepared for your stay, and giving you a speedy reimbuirsement of your security deposit. I would highly recommend this for any party of two traveling together.

Our return for a second stay at this amazing property this year was the perfect choice. Everything you need to relax and enjoy time in PTown. Being able to walk to the beach to relax in the sun, an easy bike ride to the shops and fun on commercial street, and best of all the roof deck to enjoy a nice glass of wine and the sunset every night. It doesn't get any better than this! We hope to make staying here an annual event.

We've been going to PTown for over ten years now and we usually have the benefit of staying with friends. For the first time, we rented our own place and we couldn't have been happier. Not only did we get to sleep on a luxurious bed of our own instead of an old pull-out couch, but we were also spoiled by the comfort and elegance of this fantastic condo. The details and amenities of this unit are well outlined in previous comments below, we'd just like to add a couple of our own. There was an amazing cross-breeze available in the unit when windows on both sides were opened. The condo had so many windows to open and each had bug-proof screens which really allowed us to bring the outdoors inside - we hardly used the air conditioning! And when we did enjoy the outside by sitting on the back porch, we were enchanted by an array of songbirds. Not very often seen but always heard, they added a very special dimension to our stay. Jo Lynne was a fantastic house manager who was available when we needed her but respected our privacy when we didn't. We highly enjoyed our stay and we hope to go back again next year. The unit owners, Jim and Ted, were very professional and friendly in our interactions with them and we are grateful to them for sharing their home with us!

My husband and I loved our stay at the condo. The photos accurately reflected the appearance of the condo, which is modern, clean, fully equiped, comfortable and bright, even on a cloudy day. It is well situated and just a short walk to the town to enjoy the restaurants and shops and a 5 minute drive to the beach. We absolutely plan to return and have already recommended this wonderful place to our friends.

When I stepped into the condo, I literally gasped. It was more beautiful than in the photos--it was amazing just being in this space. I explored the rooms, exclaiming out loud to myself at each turn. The deck off the living room is surrounded by lush flowering trees, filled with songbirds, but you can still see 'way into the distance--the views are beautiful. I climbed the spiral staircase (on which the owners had thoughtfully placed two pairs of binoculars, one in a cute antique case) to the cupola. The view was breathtaking, and I could see distant ships on the water. Going to sleep at night on the high-quality mattress was like sinking into clouds, and every morning I opened the bedroom's double doors to luxuriate in the morning breeze. I loved the proximity to Herring Cove beach, and Long Point. It's nice getting away from the crowds to experience the natural beauty of this part of the Cape. The owners are very nice. They answered all my questions, and when I arrived I found a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge with a card welcoming me to the condo. It doesn't get better than this!
Owner response:Thank you for your kind words. We try to make everyone who visits our home enjoy it as much as we do. Jim & Ted

This property was perfectly represented on the website. It is spacious and bright with all the amenities. When not dining out at the many wonderful restaurants (all within walking distance), it was a pleasure to cook in this state-of-the-art kitchen. We were welcomed by Jo Lynne, the property manage who was always nearby to answer any questions, with fresh cut flowers and complimentary champagne from the owners. The highlight of each perfect day was enjoying cocktails on the roof deck watching the sun set . We plan to book again for next year.

Our stay here exceeded all expectations. It was very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities that you would need. The space is open and airy. We ate breakfast on the deck off the living area and enjoyed cocktails on the roof deck. The location could not have been more perfect. It is a pleasant ten minutes walk to Herring Cove Beach. Race Point Beach is another ten minutes walk, but you can hop on the shuttle and be there sooner. Those trips to the beaches were well worth it. There are plenty of dining options nearby. We enjoyed walking to Commerical St for the excitement, dining and entertainment (not to mention the exercise), but more importantly the tranquility of the area and condo was welcomed when we returned for the evening. It suited our needs perfectly. The owners and the property manager were very accommodating and helpful. It was a pleansant surprise to find a bottle of sparking wine when we first arrived there.

I loved this flat in P-Town. It was immaculate, quiet, close enough to the town that I could walk there, but far enough away that I could get away from the hustle and bustle. Parking was right in front of the flat. The amenties were modern - view of the cove speactular. I had such a great time staying in this condo -- I would highly recommend it to any of you readers. And for myself, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
