Come visit our vacation rental in North Fort Myers, Florida! Our newly renovated home is nestled on a saltwater canal in a lovely neighborhood in Southwestern Florida. Just 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, area beaches, and Sanibel Island. Winter home of the Boston Red Sox.
Brand new kitchen and baths, washer and dryer, tile throughout, all new furnishings, heated pool, canal docking space, and garage. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your stay.
Easy access from Fort Myers Airport. A wonderfully comfortable get-a-way.

We just arrived home after spending 2 months in this great HOME. It was everything we needed, the pool, the dock for our boat and the nice large lawn (a rarity in Fla.). It was close to shopping but far enough away from the traffic. The neighbors were all so nice. The nice thing about this house was we were content just staying home but we always knew there was plenty of activity if we felt like sight seeing. When boating we saw so many Dolphins and Manatee. We did a lot of fishing on the dock, didn't matter that we didn't catch much it was just so peaceful. I would highly reccommend this home, Gene (landlord) was really great to rent from, very accomodating! Thank you Gene for making our winter great!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We go to Florida every year and this was the best place we have ever been!! We have three small children (ages 3 months, 2 years, and 4 years) and this place was perfect for playing and relaxing. The pool was the best part and the neighborhood was beautiful. We did not want to leave!! The beds were so comfortable, and the house was so accommodating. The inside is spacious with the best of everything, we loved the house so much we did not go anywhere. I cannot tell you how beautiful this place is, you really need to see it for yourself and we are looking so forward to returning. We highly recommend this place, it is the perfect getaway for anyone. YOU WILL LOVE IT!! It is a great location with convenient shopping and it definitely gets an A+ + + + + +!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
