This luxury Penthouse is ideally situated on Playa Norte, one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, five minutes from the village centre, with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars and night spots. The apartment itself is located on the upper floors of the new 6 storey building. Downstairs is the two bedroom suite; the master bedroom, with king bed, the other with twin queen beds, and each with marble finished ensuite bathrooms. Separating the bedrooms are the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room.
The balcony is off the living room. The penthouse has an inside spiral staircase leading up to the over 1,500 square foot terrace area (elevator access also) with close to 360 degree views of the island. There you will find a Jacuzzi with a wonderful view of the beach. The space is ideal for entertaining (wedding parties for example), or family picnics with its shaded dining table, lounge area, grill and full bathroom.
Fully equipped the luxury condominium comes with free wireless internet, cable TV, separate individual air conditioning controls for each room, along with TV's, DVD & CD players, radio alarms, telephones, electronic safe deposit boxes, closets, and irons in each bedroom. The kitchen contains refrigerator / freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooler and bottled drinking water.
Downstairs take advantage of the full (24 hour) bilingual reception and concierge services, pool side snack bar, pool and beach sun loungers / umbrellas, laundry facilities and much more.

Great 10 year anniversary

We travelled to the island 10 years ago for our honeymoon and returned to celebrate our 10 year anniersary. This was the perfect setting. The condo iwas beautiful, roomy and CLEAN. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a cell phone to reach Lilo at anytime with questions or requests and to arrange any tours we may have wanted to participate in.. We loved having coffee on our balcony every morning watching the beach being cleaned.and set up for a day of relaxing. We LOVED our whirlpool on the roof top living space. We spent hours on the privte rooftop reading, talking, watching the ocean on one side and the town on the other side. We had a 360 degress view of the beautiful island. Lilo cleaned the whirlpool daily and it was a fantastic place to cool off and enjoy a drink. There was a full kitchen and you could have shopped at the local grocery store or open air market and prepared your meals yourself. We chose to aeat out. We walked into town everyday for meals and tried many different restaurants. Our favorite was Barlitos. Thy had the best homemade salads (made fresh when you ordered) with homemade poppyseed dressing to die for. Also had GREAT cinnamon rolls made freah daily. Their pannini were also awesome. Olivias, Sunset Cafe, Mango Cafe were also great. We love the laid back relaxed feel of the island. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking the board walk everyday and watching the beautiful turquoise water crash onto the rocks. Definitly the place to go to relax.... Will be back soon.

We had such a great time at your lovely penthouse. We found the living area very "homey" and the bedroom and bed very comfortable! The bathroom was also great and I especially want to thank you for all the storage space you have afforded us as renters...I hate that cluttered feeling of everything sitting around on the counters, (we vacation to get away from the daily clutter of life). The interior space was wonderful to come into during a rainy afternoon, which was much needed by the Island. We were happy to see the rain because we were blessed with several beautiful rainbows...Now the rooftop was SPECTACULAR!!! We spent so much time there in the jacuzzi just soaking in the sun and breathtaking views. My husband Danny used the upstairs shower area as "his" bathroom which I appreciated :) We listened to our vacation music on the stereo system, enjoyed cocktails and played cards at the gorgeous table under the shaded area. I can't think of any reason that I would not return to your penthouse. Now for your management staff.....EXCELLENT! We were met at the pier by Will who was very charming and informative about the Island and things to do and where to find a great meal. It was a pleasant walk to Ixchel all due to the great company that represents you and your condo. Lilo was so incredible.... we asked for fresh flowers for our anniversary and they were there when we arrived along with cold beer in the fridge....and they were so beautiful (and very inexpensive)...he did provide receipts and I was shocked at the very low cost of such a beautiful floral arrangement! He was on top of everything...checking to see if anything was needed (he called everyday...that was nice) and he kept the jacuzzi and roof top in tip top order. He set up our new Samsung to the stereo so that we could enjoy the music (we have become technically challenged with age). He is just an all around great person who does a great job and we were happy to see him during our stay. He made us feel very welcome and we felt like he was a friend when we left the Island. Diana was very good at keeping the condo clean and smelling fresh, we didn't see her much but knew she had been there as we always had fresh towels, a crisply made bed and plenty of fresh water. I came down with my husband and our two youngest kids ( 20 & 22). We all had such a wonderful time! The views are unbelievable from the penthouse! The furnishings were very comfortable. But most importantly the staff was amazing! Anything we wanted they attempted to provide and when they couldn't (which was rarely) they were apologetic. We never had to ask twice for anything and often when we did ask for something Lilo had already taken care of it. Lilo was a true wonder everyone in the family appreciated him and all he did to make our stay so wonderful. Also we truly appreciated all Will did in advance of our arrival and meeting us at the ferry. To walk with us to the penthouse. We look foreword to seeing all of you again! Thank you!
