The Villa has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large living / dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Off the living area is a two level veranda with a dining table, barbeque and amazing view.
The main floor terrace is ideal for a large gathering or a quaint dinner. The neighborhood is family friendly, safe and private.
The beautiful beach at Bol is a 25 minute drive, you can catch a ferry to Split from Supetar which is 45 minutes away and the ferry to Makarska leaves 5 times daily from Sumartin.

This is a quality rental and within minutes walk of the sea and town. The home was very clean and accomidating. The photos just don't do it justice! The owner called the day we arrived to ask how everything was and if we were happy. The owner is very nice. We had three older children and a dog and were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed snorkeling and boat rentals all within five minutes of the home. The kitchen is wonderful and a joy to prepare meals in. Relaxing and highly recommended.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Sumartin is a small village on the south side of Brac. It is away from the main tourist areas on the island and enjoys a small town feel. The local tourist agency was incredibly helpful and set us up with scooter and boat rentals, both of which were very reasonable. It's truly less than a 5 minute walk into town for the bakery, grocery store and a few restaurants. The house is well equipped (especially the kitchen) and the owner was very conscientious in insuring that our needs were met. The only caveat in the description is that there are only two bedrooms that close off (both kings), one open loft (another king) and the fourth bedroom is downstairs (with a pullout) which is open to the staircase.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
