Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo at Baywatch Overlooking Santa Rosa Sound. This Condo was totally renovated within the past 2 years and everything, including the furniture is new and pristine. The complex offers a pool and pier. This unit is non smoking and offers Wi-Fi / wireless internet service.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom offers a bunk with a full on bottom, twin on top and twin pull out trundle underneath. Directions to condo: Once on Pensacola Beach, Turn Right at Traffic Light Onto Ft. Pickens Road. 9 Blocks on Right. (approx. 2.5 miles)

Why the Owner Chose Bay Watch
The view from the unit is gorgeous, we looked and many condos before buying this one and we were surprised just how many don't have a beautiful ocean view. We wanted a condo on Pensacola Beach to get away from the long cold winters of Chicago. We bought and decorated this condo for own personal use. We loved coming here so much that we moved full time. But since most of our family still lives in Chicago we kept the condo for family and friends and now rental use.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Baywatch is located between Peg Leg Pete's (the best Oyster Bar on the beach) and Ft Pickens State Park (Fun for site seeing). Baywatch is fortunate to have a trolley stop right in front of our entrance, it's nice because parking can get scarce at casino beach. Our condo is close enough to the pool so we can keep an eye on our children without sitting right there with them, and since our unit is on the top floor we still have our privacy from them at the same time. The sound has a beautiful beach that we feel is safe for our children to play in the shallow calm waters.

Our family stayed at the condo in April 2011. The condo is just perfect! Nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you would need. We have two small children who enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The views are amazing and there is so much do close by. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to coming back!!

Meghan, Thank you so much for providing a lovely, warm, accommodating residence for my family to gather at to surprise my mom for Mothers Day. The simple touches were there to make this just as comfortable as being home. Unfortunately after my daughter saw the bunk beds I believe that is in my future at home, she absolutely loved the room! My wife was so happy with the kids games that kept our daughter amused which goes to my point about little touches that feel like home! The only problem is that now everytime we visit Grandma we have to stay at the "bunk bed" house and a 5 yr old doesnt understand "availability" LOL! A wonderful condo and a blessing to any and all that have a chance to stay! Thank you and we look forward to our next stay at "Happy Hour"!

My family and I still all talk about our week in Pensacola Beach and the wonderful condo! We can't wait to come back. The condo and the pool were great! We could walk to the gulf side or the sound side and play in the sand. We also enjoyed visiting Fort Pickens and the Gulf Island National Seashore. Eating at Peg Leg Petes, Surf Burger, and Flounders. I tell everyone how wonderful our stay was and we wish we were always there!

My wife, son, and mother in law stayed at this condo for 5 nights and 6 days. It was absolutely beautiful. The condo is just as advertised. It is very clean and neat and well furnished. The view is great as well. The condo is on the 3rd or 4th (dont remember exactly) level of the complex up, so the view is beautiful. My son (2 years old) loved looking at the ocean from the porch as well as playing on the porch. You are very close to many things. Just about anything you would like to do in fact. There are boat tours, jet ski's and mulitiple beaches close to this condo. It was great to be able to get away and relax and have everything we needed provided for us at this condo. The condo complex is very nice and easy to find. Also very nice is the walking/running path that is out in front of the condo complex. We were able to walk to dinner a couple different times. We will rent this condo again when we go back to the Pensacola Beach area.

A simple note to say thank you. As you know, we have spent the last two weeks searching for a house to call our own. There is a bit of stress involved in house hunting, to say the least. It has been nice to spend the evenings on the back deck relaxing the stress away watching the sun sink into the bay. The way Meghan has furnished the condo, also, allows for relaxation. You provided us with all the comforts of home and for that I am grateful. The decor affords us the ability to consider ourselves on vacation while house hunting and that has been a big help in allowing my wife to relax a little. Again, thanks for the beautiful furnishings, wonderful location, and breathtaking views. It has been a fantastic two weeks!

What a perfect place! The condo was very comfortable. It's located in a perfect place! It's close to the pool. Close to other amenities, yet far enough away to feel secluded. The condo is beautifully decorated in it's contemporary style. The beach! Words almost escape me. I loved the fact that the water was so clear on the gulf side. I can't wait to come back to Pensacola Beach. Thanks for having the "Perfect Place"!

This place is so relaxing! Watching the sunset from the patio is so BEAUTIFUL! Love our condo & the location is great. Definitely worth every penny we spent to come here.
