Enjoy an extra large boat deck for dining, relaxing, fishing, sunbathing, etc. Empty boat slip to accommodate your pontoon boat and also 2 jet ski lifts to accommodate a small jon boat or your jet skis....as well as plenty of calm waters around the dock to tie-up your boat(s) without any damaging wakes.
Sleeps 12 comfortably in beds, but also there is a pull-out sofa bed along with several air mattresses to accommodate up to 18+. 2 Kitchens, 2 Family Rooms, Separate Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. Oversized Screened Porch plus 2 Separate Decks/Balconies for sunbathing or gathering. Concrete Drive with Lots of Parking and also street parking. Brand New Public Boat Ramp access nearby to conveniently launch your boat or jet skis, etc.
OPTIONAL (at your own risk): The availability of using our Super Air Nautique Ski Boat that holds up to 11 people. This option comes with a boat captain, gear, life jackets, ropes, tubes, knee boards, wakeboards, ski's, etc. This option is an additional charge separately from the house rental. Daily Rate of $850 (9am to 5pm). Please let us know at time of rental if you choose this option.

Year Purchased: 2006
We currently live in Raleigh, NC but we grew up near or on Lake Gaston and it has always been our vacation destination of choice for years. We are builders and realtors in Raleigh, NC so every break we get, we head to the lake for total relaxation. We love being on the water from sun up to sun down.
Why the Owner Chose Macon
We chose to purchase a home on Lake Gaston to have a place where we could keep our boat, relax, invite friends and family up, and enjoy the water every chance we got. We love tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, knee-boarding, etc. anything that we can do on the water.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The benefits of our home is that we are waterfront with our own private boat dock which includes a sunbathing area, swim area, boat tie-up area and jet-ski lift area. We are easily accessible right off of I-85. Via the land we are convenient to a local store and 20 minutes to a local grocery store and via the water we are conveniently located right across the lake from Holly Grove Marina for more groceries and gas. We are physically located dead center of the lake at buoy 18 (of the 36 mile lake) making it accessible either way to the entire lake for enjoyment.
