We love the location because it is easy to get to and not as crazy as being on the beachfront with traffic/congestion. Restaraunts, shopping and easy access to the beach are just a few minutes away... We also love to bring our bikes to ride through the State Park, we enjoying seeing the wildlife and even getting in a little exercise to boot! We will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Great place. Very comfortable king bed, rooms spacious, everything was very clean, and best of all, it is all on one floor. Owner was very nice and the transaction was very easy. I would gladly stay here again.Recommended for: Pet owners.

The owners were easy to contact and they were so understanding and polite! Finding the place was easy and the neighborhood is very quite and serene! Upon entering you feel at home. The colors and the decor are beautiful! You truly feel like you are home away from home! It was very clean and has everything you need to stay for a while! This is my ideal place to vacation at! I know that myself and my family will be back again next year...if not before then! It's close to shopping centers and the beach. I would recommend this spot to everyone to stay. It's very warm and inviting! It beats having to walk up and down stairs or take elevators. Very kid friendly! I can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We feel that our condo is the perfect compromise! Years of selecting Gulf front only condos became a little monotonous. With our 'off the beach' VILLA we now have the ability to enjoy more of what the local area has to offer. The 'Key West' mood of the complex makes us feel far away from it all...all within a short driving distance from our home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our VILLA is located in the heart of entertainment, dining and shopping. This allows us to effortlessly enjoy it all without having to spend large sums of money to occupy a more expensive condo on the Gulf. The Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Perdido areas feature lots of public beach managed for the benefit of those who want to enjoy nature at its best for free! We are only a short distance, about 2 miles, from the beach. The Wharf is considered by many to be the hottest and most exciting, multi purposed development in the area offering shopping, spas, dining, etc. And the 10,000 seat amphi theater brings many concert opportunities. All this within walking distance of our condo. We also have access to a stocked fishing lake, swimming pool and club house at Twin Lakes.
