We had an excellent stay with family on this great apartment. I must say that first time the facility was even better in real life than in pictures (which are excellent too). Well equipped and nicely furnished, friendly staff in reception and everyting worked as agreed. One issue above others: sunset view from the balcony and then Miami skyline in the evening! Location is very convenient, big grocery behind the corner, all other services that visitor normally needs near by, quiet but within walking distance to all where you want to go in SoBe. However when walking or own car is not an option bus stop is just a stone through away.

Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We just returned from a four night stay and could not have been happier with this location! The condo was absolutely beautiful, with great furnishings, amazing views and plenty of space for our group. The facilities on site were perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Please tell John how much we appreciate his advice and directions, and tell Cliff up front (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly!) how much we enjoyed joking around with him and we hope he enjoyed the pizza! The restaurants within a block or two were fantastic and made this the perfect location. We debated on whether to stay on the ocean side or bay side of Miami Beach and the view of downtown at night alone was enough to make it worth it on the bay! This is a perfect spot - thank you Ana and family!

Everything was perfect (at least for us)! The condo is perfecly decorated and there is everything you need ... or even more. The building and the area is safe an all attractions are in reach. What else to say? Look at the pictures - they really don't lie ! We hope to come back one day.

It was a really pleasant stay in Miami. A great location, close to everything and very quite! Amazing condo, it's very modern and well designed condo! very pretty Very clean and safe place - high security Free parking - we have no problem finding on the street but it was very close to the unit. Ana, the unit owner- was very accommodating and responsive. She prepare cold water in the refrigerator, Champaign and welcome card for our first day. We will come back again next year with my sisters. it was really amazing! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic apartment

We stayed in this apartment for a week in April 2010 and can only say one thing - this place is fantastic. The apartment has everything you could ask for, is beautifully presented and is certainly like a home from home. We used the pool area and gym everyday - both of which have great views over the bay. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the top of Lincoln Road Mall where there are plently or restaurants, bars and great shops. There is a supermarket just round the corner and a couple of very popular restaurants very near the apartment. The front desk staff at the apartment are very friendly and helpful and the customer service provided by Ana is second to none. We will definately come again!

I stayed at this apartment for 10 days in Feb and i must say i have no complaints whatsoever. What you see is defintley what you get. It is decorated with a modern look and is very clean. Actually immaculate!! The staff and the owners customer serivce was outstanding. The location is very ideal, in the heart of everything. I would reccomend this rental to all ages and for diffrent occasions. I will defintley be staying here again we have already booked the apartment for next year. Thank you Ana.

Beautiful Relaxing Space

We stayed in this lovely condo in Feb (2010) and it is everything they say it will be. The location is WONDERFUL, the neighborhood is excellent, offering many great restaurants. You can walk to everything, a large supermarket, a gourmet grocery, the Lincoln Mall, the beach, no need to drive inless you have plans outside South Beach. The condo is well decorated and very peaceful, the views are wonderful and the building amenities are very nice. We would highly recommend it.

Absolutely stunning apartment! Even better in real life than in the pictures. wonderful view, great location, spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need! Million Dollar View

We stopped for a week in Miami on our way back from Brazil. The condo was beautiful, clean, bright, quiet and it truly felt like home. The view from our balcony was SPECTACULAR. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the convenience of walking distance to the Restaurants, Supermarket, Lincoln Road and Beach (Our Rental stayed in the Parking it was needed).
