We had an excellent stay with family on this great apartment. I must say that first time the facility was even better in real life than in pictures (which are excellent too). Well equipped and nicely furnished, friendly staff in reception and everyting worked as agreed. One issue above others: sunset view from the balcony and then Miami skyline in the evening! Location is very convenient, big grocery behind the corner, all other services that visitor normally needs near by, quiet but within walking distance to all where you want to go in SoBe. However when walking or own car is not an option bus stop is just a stone through away.

We just returned from a four night stay and could not have been happier with this location! The condo was absolutely beautiful, with great furnishings, amazing views and plenty of space for our group. The facilities on site were perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Please tell John how much we appreciate his advice and directions, and tell Cliff up front (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly!) how much we enjoyed joking around with him and we hope he enjoyed the pizza! The restaurants within a block or two were fantastic and made this the perfect location. We debated on whether to stay on the ocean side or bay side of Miami Beach and the view of downtown at night alone was enough to make it worth it on the bay! This is a perfect spot - thank you Ana and family!

Everything was perfect (at least for us)! The condo is perfecly decorated and there is everything you need ... or even more. The building and the area is safe an all attractions are in reach. What else to say? Look at the pictures - they really don't lie ! We hope to come back one day.

It was a really pleasant stay in Miami. A great location, close to everything and very quite! Amazing condo, it's very modern and well designed condo! very pretty Very clean and safe place - high security Free parking - we have no problem finding on the street but it was very close to the unit. Ana, the unit owner- was very accommodating and responsive. She prepare cold water in the refrigerator, Champaign and welcome card for our first day. We will come back again next year with my sisters. it was really amazing! Definitely recommend!

We stayed in this apartment for a week in April 2010 and can only say one thing - this place is fantastic. The apartment has everything you could ask for, is beautifully presented and is certainly like a home from home. We used the pool area and gym everyday - both of which have great views over the bay. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the top of Lincoln Road Mall where there are plently or restaurants, bars and great shops. There is a supermarket just round the corner and a couple of very popular restaurants very near the apartment. The front desk staff at the apartment are very friendly and helpful and the customer service provided by Ana is second to none. We will definately come again!

I stayed at this apartment for 10 days in Feb and i must say i have no complaints whatsoever. What you see is defintley what you get. It is decorated with a modern look and is very clean. Actually immaculate!! The staff and the owners customer serivce was outstanding. The location is very ideal, in the heart of everything. We stayed in this lovely condo in Feb (2010) and it is everything they say it will be. The location is WONDERFUL, the neighborhood is excellent, offering many great restaurants. You can walk to everything, a large supermarket, a gourmet grocery, the Lincoln Mall, the beach, no need to drive inless you have plans outside South Beach. The condo is well decorated and very peaceful, the views are wonderful and the building amenities are very nice. We would highly recommend it.

We are renting holiday homes for over 20 years, this was by far the best. Starting with the smooth and professional rental procedure followed by the exact driving instructions we arrived to a property that felt more like an overcomplete equipped family home rather than a holiday rental. Every little detail from Nespresso machine to conditioner in the showers was taken care of. 3 flat screens and high speed internet kept everyone connected. The large terrace and the amazing views are other great assets. I cannot think of any age- or peergroup that the property would not be ideal for, whether you want the SoBe Vibe within walking distance or great culture, sport and shopping within a couple of minutes drive. We will return.

This Miami Beach location could'nt have been more perfect for us. Our business travel plans brought us to Miami - but we also needed some time to relax in between and just enjoy our time together. The apartment was safe, secure, clean, organized, quiet and serene - but easily accessible to downtown Miami. We were able to drive to our project in 5 minutes over the Venetian Causeway and also wirelessly accomplish business in the apartment - looking out on the beautiful view over Biscayne Bay towards the Miami skyline. The balcony offered a wonderful spot for morning coffee before the workday began - and a spot to relax at the end of the day. We loved the neighborhood and found a great opportunity to celebrate and host a dinner for our team at a restaurant. The owners were extremely acommodating and had paid attention to all the little details that make a "homeaway from home" great. Thank you for being there - from the bottom of my heart. You made our trip worthwhile.

Hi Ana, Your apartment was amazing! The pictures on the website are 100% accurate of what the apartments looks like. Very clean. We loved the balcony, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and even worked out in the fitness center that has views of the bay! We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner before heading out to South Beach. The sunset views were amazing! Getting around was very easy since we had a rental car, which we parked in the garage. From all of us, thanks for making this a great trip to Miami!! Great customer service and we would recomment your apartment to a friend or relative.

My friends and I have been taking annual trips since college. We decided to go back to Miami for a nice long weekend of relaxation and sun. This apartment was the PERFECT match for us. The building is amazing, the apartment is GORGEOUS (with a view), the pool is spectacular and if you like working out the gym is ideal. We were able to walk a block to the grocery store and prepare many of our own meals. We walked to the movie theater and to dinner. The apartment was clean and was furnished beautifully. There was a TV in each room, 2 full bathrooms and the living room was perfect for hanging out and eating. We did spend a little time on the deck with the amazing deck furniture and enjoyed the view immensely. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Miami, have a place that feels like home and needs a little space. We plan on returning possibly as soon as April because it was soooo amazing! The host was great with communications and really took care of us.

Little Paradise by the bay in South Beach

We were owners and loved living at Sunset Harbour Condominium, however, five years ago had to move to Europe and hadn't been back since. We have known Pedro and Maggie for more than 15 years and did not hesitate in accepting their invitation to stay at their condo this last August summer vacation. From the second we arrived at the building to the moment we departed Maggie's & Pedro's place, great memories came back and our vacation to this city we love so much became an unforgettable one! Their condo is gorgeous: amazing views, spotless, perfectly decorated & furnished and attention has been paid to every detail. The building's gym, pool and jacuzzi are very well kept, convenient and a must to use. Maggie and Pedro were perfect hostesses and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Just got back from a four day stay at this amazing condo. We are regulars to Miami Beach and have stayed at many hotels in the area. But after our experience at Ana's condo we are done with hotels. From the moment we entered the building we new we were in for a great stay. From the beautiful decor to the amazing views from the balcony. It was so peaceful and quiet to sit outside and enjoy the Miami sunsets and yet all the action of Lincoln Road and South Beach were only minutes away. My wife and I travel extensively for work and pleasure, and I have to say that this place offers amazing value for your money! We particularly like Boutique Hotels, and the unit has all the details (and more) that a Boutique Hotel would have. The owners go out of their way to ensure their visitors enjoy the area - there is a current Zagat Guide in the unit, they send you a list of their favorite restaurants prior to your arrival, etc. The complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival is also a very nice touch. We really felt at home and did not want to leave!

To me this is the perfect place to stay to enjoy South Beach. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and practical. The building has very nice amenities such as as a state of the art gym, valet service, and great pool and jacuzzi. The building is walking distance to the all the South Beach action (shops, restaurants, movies, lounges, etc), yet far enough to provide a very relaxing atmosphere. I just stayed with my best friend for a week in this amazing condo. First, the apartment has been remodeled and decorated with exquisite taste. They have paid attention to every detail, from the light fixtures, to the quality of the towels, to the scent of the hand soap. Everything was so pleasant! Eventhough the unit has an assigned space in the building's garage, we did not have to use our car since everything you can need is walking distance! Nevertheless, many times we found ourselves ordering in or cooking something simple because we did not want to leave this wonderful hideaway. We cannot wait to go back!

This place blew us away, it was amazing !!! The reviews nor pix on the site do it justice (its even better in person). We have been using Home Away for all of our travels for the past 3 years and been going to Miami Beach for over 5 years. This is the best place we have ever stayed (non-hotel) and for the price there is not one 5 Star Hotel that can even come close (we are talking Four Seasons, Ritz, W Hotel category, minus the service of course). Beautiful condo on the bay overlooking downtown Miami. The view is central to this condo and can be enjoyed from huge sliding doors leading to the balcony from every room (even the showers enjoy the view). The condo is modern, clean, and decorated to be both comfortable and stylish. Parking is easy, though almost everything you need is within walking distance. Great restaurants, Publix, and a liquor store are all a block away. Lincoln Road with all its shopping, theaters, and restaurants is not much farther. But as close as all of Sobe's attractions are, you'll find it hard to leave. We spent every night toasting the sunset after a day by the pool. Really wonderful place.

Breathtakingly First Class

Friends and I have made the annual sojourn to Miami Beach for going on 12 years now, and stayed at most every 4 and 5 star hotel up and down Collins Avenue. Nothing, and I mean nothing so far has held a candle to this. The location was prime - close to everything, yet quiet and serene. The property itself was immaculate, modern, and had more amenities than any of the latest hotels. I was left wanting for nothing; and then I opened the sliding glass door and walked out on the balcony to a view of downtown Miami overlooking the harbor that left us all breathless. All of this, for a value that simply cannot be matched in Miami Beach. Our contact, Ana, was extremely accommodating and catered to our every need. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

This condo was everything we wished for and more! The unit was very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable, and the views of Miami and the Bay were simply spectacular! The front desk people were very friendly, courteous, and of great assistance with directions, etc. The location of the condo was perfect. I could just as easily get to my business meetings across the Venetian Causeway or get to Lincoln Road for shopping and dining. The condo looked even better than it did in the pictures. It had everything you needed plus more (espresso machine is a nice touch). The parking made it very convenient if you have a rental car however there are several stores and restaurants in walking distance. The condo also had wireless internet access which made it easy for me to keep up with work. When I was not working I was enjoying the pool and workout facilities or just relaxing on the terrace. It was very quiet at night and early in the morning so a good night’s sleep was not a problem. Overall it was a great value and I would highly recommend staying here if you are travelling on business or pleasure.

For starters, the condo is exactly what you see in the photos, very tasteful, very clean and well equipped. We took our annual greetings family photo on the condo balcony at sunset and what a backdrop! The pool and jacuzzi are close by but appreciably quiet, especially in the evenings. It's a five-minute walk to pedestrian Lincoln Road and about 20-25mins to the beach. There is a South Beach Shuttle bus nearby too. Publix supermarket is a block away too. The owners are accommodating and great concierges! The only tiny drawback for a light sleeper like me was a few early morning planes overhead which must affect pretty much all of South Beach. I would choose this condo without hesitation next time.

My family loved this location, we were within walikng distance of Lincoln Way and close enough to South Beach to enjoy it when we wanted, but not be in the middle of it when we didn't. The terrace was amazing, it was big enough for my entire family to enjoy and relax for breakfast and the views are breathtaking. The place was clean immaculate and everything seemed to be brand new or at least kept that way. Very trendy and comfortable apartment. The building itself was top notch, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My Family and I will stay here again.

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable - 5 star hotel quality - and the views from the balcony are amazing. It even gets better at sunset time - surreal! The location cannot better - you don't need a car. Walk to supermarket, park, Lincoln road restaurants, movies, bars, etc. There is also a cute park in the corner. We also walked to the beach since it is at the end of Lincoln Road so it is a fun/painless walk. We did not want to leave!
