This warm newly renovated year-round waterfront cottage-home. Located only a few miles North of Alpena, MI. Is a quiet comfortable haven for your relaxtion and summer time enjoyment. Or enjoy any season in comfort. Located on Private Road. Over 115 feet waterfront property on the point of Brothers Bay. A sandy beach area for swimming.
Fishing is close from the dock or boat. Fish species include largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, pumpkinseed sunfish, rock bass, yellow perch, and walleye.
Watercrafts are available. Pinic table, 3 decks,chairs, beach towels. Both gas and charcoal grills. Or, camp cooking with cast iron campfire cookware.
While the sliding French Doors from the main entrance give a panoramic 180 degree view of Brothers Bay and Lake.The main deck and docks are covered with white Brock vinyl. The interior is a collection of aromatic red and white cedar 1/2 logs and paneling. Overhead the ceilings are covered with random widths of white stained aspen boards. So,looking above you have an inviting enviroment and warm comfort from a knotty-wood decor.
The dry wall is new product called; Dens Armor Plus, an Anti-Mold and moisture resistence material. Kitchen and major appliances are all new. Bamboo Woven Roman shades covering the Anderson wood casement UV windows. Feel the warmth from the new Radiant Heated Slate floor.This building is energy efficient and fully winterized. Owner of Cottage on Long Lake. In Presque Isle Township, Michigan. Between cities of Alpena, Posen and Rogers City, Michigan. Enjoyed boating and outdoor activates of both inland lakes and that of Lake Huron Beaches. Suba-Diving Ship wrecks in Thunder Bay. Enjoy Fall color tours in Mid-September. Then the 14TH annual Lighthouse Festival & Tour. Wine tasting. More Information at Alpena Visitor Bureau. See Fall in Alpena. Over 200 of these natural wonders in the Alpena County.
