  This house was in great shape and in a perfect location. Our dogs had the BEST time! We walked all around the area and no other condo had the awesome yard that this one does. We were able to rinse our dogs off and leave them safely outside for them to dry before bringing them in. I would definitely rent this house again!

  House was clean and it was a Great location. We sat out on the patio and watched dolphins play a couple of times. Only thing I would change is the furniture is a bit worn out. I understand somewhat though considering the company you have in ur house at times that will trash the place. Only problem I had is the only tv there that worked was in the living room. Both upstairs had very small tv's and neither worked. One sat box didn't work and the other tv didn't even have a box. The 3 kids we brought wasn't very happy at night. Other than that the house was great.

  This was the best trip! The owner was SO accommodating and helpful in getting the arrangements and it was a wonderful price. The house is in a great location and was very spacious inside. I would most definitely stay here again!

  I LOVED how pet friendly this duplex was!! I couldn't have asked for a better place to bring my pets. The inside living area was spacious enough to have 2 large dog crates & the fenced yard was great. The outside patio was nice and we used it alot. The only downside was that the grill was missing when we got there. We ended up eating out most of the time so we didn't need it. The beach is literally across the street and this house is a short drive to all the major restaraunts and shopping!

  The house was actually bigger than the pictures would suggest. The back yard is fenced in properly where the dogs could not get out. Very nice! It was clean, no odors, etc. Had everything you needed in the kitchen (besides personal items), but then we didn't spend much time there. Close to everything! Across the street from the beach...great location! I will definitely be going back, and staying right here!

  The unit was easily accessible to the beach and the convenient set-up for the dogs was GREAT and very much appreciated! While spending our days at the beach, or leaving the unit for trips into town, we didn't have to worry about leaving the dogs alone to terrorize the unit inside, but instead had peace-of-mind with the outside, gated area. They had plenty of shade, as well as room to run around in, and they especially enjoyed the late afternoon strolls and bird-chasing along the beach. The quiet location was a quick 5 minute drive from the main action/shopping/restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed having the beach almost to ourselves, without the clutter of the hi-rise condo crowds! The quality of the kitchen cooking-ware and grilling set-up lacked some as well as the quantity of serving and storage ware, but a little ingenuity as well as a quick trip to the supermarket, and we were able to remedy the problems easily enough. I also had trouble with the security/front-door lock system and never could get the hang of it (good thing my son and husband aren't challenged it that area!) We also noticed that the Den area/Master Bedroom had to share the same satellite TV programming simultaneously?! Instructions for "Dummys" for both of these obstacles (and functioning master-bedroom TV remote) would have been much appreciated. Overall, if you're looking for a nice (pleasantly surprised "Tommy Bahama"-style decorated), convenient and peaceful place for yourself, your family and your pets to enjoy, I would definitely RECOMMEND this unit! This one will definitely be added to our short list of annual, "pet-friendly" units to rent in the future!

  We just spent Memorial weekend here and really enjoyed our stay. The house is easy to find and close to lots of attractions. It's not gulf front, but has a good ocean view from each level. It's also a very short walk to the beach. Bill was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

  Our family of five plus our dog enjoyed this getaway. House was very comfortable, clean and just as pictured/listed. The fenced backyard was a convenient bonus for us and our pet. Location is close to many activities/attractions. I would recommed this property to anyone wanting to bring their pet along.

  Our family and Irish Setter had a great weekend at this house. Plenty of space for everyone and we really appreciated the washer and dryer. It was wonderful just being across the road from the beach. The owner provided excellent customer service and everything we could ever need was provided.
