Why the Owner Chose Dunedin
We chose to purchase this home because of it's location. Near some of Florida's most beautiful beaches and the intracoastal waterway, we were particularly attracted to the easy access for boating and watersport activities. The city of Dunedin offers small town charm and many community activities, events and festivals. Unique local resturants and shops complete this "Florida Living" atmosphere where visitors are always welcome.
