Our beautiful lakefront home, surrounded by water on three sides, sits on a point overlooking the main channel of the lake, as well as a cove to one side. It is a 2500 square-foot, two-story home with three bedrooms on the lower level, and the master suite on the upper level with the kitchen and living room. Both the upper and lower levels are surrounded by decks on three sides, all overlooking the water. Two of the lower level bedrooms have exterior doors leading to the lower deck, and gorgeous lake views through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. The master suite also has an exterior door that leads to the upper deck and hot tub, as well as a magnificent view of the lake through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen and living room are surrounded by walls of floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, providing for beautiful, panoramic views of the lake from any point in the room. All of the upstairs rooms have vaulted ceilings with skylights and ceiling fans. Each of the downstairs bedrooms has a TV with either a DVD or VCR player, along with a selection of movies for adults and children.
The house comes with a dock on the cove side of the property for tying up boats, along with an attached sunning platform that has a ladder for getting in and out of the water. There is an additional sunning/swimming platform on the channel side of the property that also has an attached ladder. There are a couple of tables and numerous chairs on both the upper and lower decks available for outdoor lounging, as well as a porch swing and hammock on the lower deck. There is a hot tub on the upper deck just outside of the master suite. We have plenty of parking for cars and trailers.
Our part of the lake is ideal for water sports including wake-boarding, wake-surfing, water-skiing, tubing, etc. (You will need to provide your own equipment.) There is a neighborhood boat ramp just up the road from the house. There are several restaurants and bars nearby, easily accessible by boat, and one within walking distance from the house. We have provided a notebook (that is to remain in the house) that includes a map and information on several restaurants, boat/PWC/equipment rental companies, and gas stations and stores in the area.

Wonderful Vacation Stay for Large Family

We loved staying at this home in June. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities we needed to cook and do our laundry. The pictures are completely accurate. We brought a boat and it was great spending time on the lake and having a dock close to the house. Nice skiing in the coves, tubing, and boating. We have five children and there was plenty of sleeping accomodations and room to sprawl. The younger kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and paddle boating. We enjoyed playing games, watching movies, and made a trip to Osage Beach and the Bridal Cave in Camdenton. Haha Tonka State Park was close to the Bridal Cave and would be a great park to explore more. The castle ruins at the park were interesting. Beautiful area, plenty to do. We would also recommend stopping for groceries before you come in and being completely stocked unless you enjoy driving a ways to get what you need. We like the quieter areas of the lake and this is one of them. There were places to eat on the lake, but we didn't try them out. Probably our best lake vacation to date. Our thanks to the owners!

It was everything it was advertised to be. We were there Aug 20th 2010 til Aug 27th 2010 we had a blast, the place is gorgeous & the view is fabulous. We rented a boat for 4 days from Pirates Cove it was great, the lake, the weather & the house. We hated to come home, but the real world was calling. The owners were very nice & supplied as much info as they could. There is also a resturant in walking distant. Would love to do it again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is as beautiful as the pictures and has plenty of space. The house is on a point and has 2 docks to enjoy. Swimming and fishing off the dock was great. Our two boys had a blast! We enjoyed the surrounding area and Lake of the Ozark. The state parks, caves and shallows are really pretty. Great place to relax! My only regret is that our vacation wasn't longer!

I stayed at this house with some friends over Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect get away. The description on here is very accurate as well as the pictures. We were coming from Kansas City, so we stopped at the Walmart in Warsaw on the way in for groceries which I would recommend. Hopefully we will get to stay here again!

You have a lovely home that was a perfect get-away for my family. The house was everything it was advertised to be and more. The pictures are great, but the setting, the lake, and the house itself are even better in person. To a person (there were 8 of us) we left wishing that we could stay longer. What a blessing!

We stayed at this rental this summer. The accomadations are incredible, the vies are breath-taking, and the atmosphere is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly reccomend this property. We plan to go again!
