Why the Owner Chose Victorian Quarters
We chose Breckenridge because Summit County has so much to offer year round. Besides skiing and snowboarding in the winter there is hiking , cycling, golf, sailing, fishing and horseback riding in the summer. The mountains are spectacular.
The Unique Benefits at this Townouse
This is a spacious home with over 1700 square feet. The downtown location is great. We are close to restaurants and shopping. The ski shuttle is on the corner.

We both grew up in the Midwest. After moving out here 30 years ago we never went back. We love the mountains. We decided on Breckenridge because there is so much to do . We also wanted a place in an authentic mountain town. Breckenridge is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year. There is a lot of history here with over 100 homes on the national registry.
