Please note that the Hokulani infinity pool is open along with its hot tubs and is spectacular. The 'Aina Deli is open, as well. Many additional pools, water slide, an additional onsite cafe and Duke's restaurant are scheduled to be open by December 2009.
Honua Kai is the first whole ownership condo to be built on Kaanapali Beach in over 20 years. There are only 21 (1 Bedroom + Den) units at Honua Kai and only 3 are available on VRBO -- get same sleeping capacity of a 2 bedroom unit at prices equivalent to a 1 Bedroom owner-rented unit.
