This condo is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to the restaurants, bars and nightlife of Fort Lauderdale Beach. The condo is newly renovated with all amenities included. Just bring your sandals, beach clothes and sunscreen.
There are so many sites and attractions within walking distance to the condo such as charter boats to take you deep sea fishing, full service spas for ultimate relaxation, shopping of all sorts, para-sailing, biking, hiking, great restaurants and so much more! The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This condo has been completely updated from floor to ceiling. I have furnished it in such a fashion where you will feel relaxed, comfortable and welcome. The condo is fully furnished with everything you might need for a great stay just bring your swim trunks, clothes and sunscreen and you're all set! The condo complex comes with 2 sun decks on the 18th Floor of the building with gorgeous views of the Inner Coastal and the Atlantic Ocean as well as an in-ground pool next to the complex. But why go to the pool when the beach is only 1 BLOCK AWAY?!?!? This location is within walking distance to the restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions.

This picture is of me and my partner taken February of 2009. I am so happy that we have a place where we can go in the winter to get away from the cold. I live in the north east part of the US for a good part of the year and I especially hate cold weather so having a place where I can recharge and relax is wonderful!
