The house sits 70 ft. from its closest neighbor and dedicated beach on its other side. Its large fenced in yard makes this house perfect to hosts a small wedding and family gatherings.

Had a great time at this house. Plenty of room. Clean and comfy. I go to the beach to relax and enjoy the get away from the hustle and bustle. This was perfect. Not far from any kind of shopping ,playing , and eating out,but still get that " beach to yourself" kinda atmosphere. Loved it. Teens loved it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our first vacation experience in the Mexico Beach - St Joe Beach area and we had a great time. Very quiet, clean and laid back area. The house was perfect for our needs and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out (4 adults/4 pre-teens). The elevator was an added bonus and came in very handy. We enjoyed viewing the 4th of July fireworks on the beach as we sat around our bonfire making smores. Panama City Beach is extremely close (45 minutes) so we were able to make a couple of trips there so that the children could enjoy the attractions. ie: go carts, putt-putt, arcades. Special thanks to Zach who was only a phone call away when we needed him. We would definitely consider returning to the area again!

Just left "Seahorse" yesterday. Would recommend for anyone. Only minor issues with maintenance. If you're looking for a place right on the beach that is private, this is your place! There were 3 adults, 5 college kids, and 4 high school kids in our group. It was the perfect size and just right for privacy between individual groups. Because this is in Gulf County you can even build a bonfire on the beach-which we did. Approximately a 45 minute drive to Panama City Beach. But for rest and relaxation, everything you need is within 12 miles of Seahorse.
