This 2600 square foot, three bedroom, two and a half bath home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Kings Beach and borders the Tahoe National Forest. Slate entry and pine log accents welcome you at the entry. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views as the Family Room, French doors open to a deck that allows a view of the lake through the majestic pines.
Hike, bike, cross-country ski, or snowshoe right out your front door. There are thousands of acres of open forest with snowmobile access all the way to Reno. Brockway Golf Course, Northstar Resort, and the North Shore Casinos are all just minutes away.
The spacious Master Suite on the main level offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and television. This room has a full-size bath complete with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The rooms are separated by a romantic, double-glass sided fireplace.
Downstairs are two additional bedrooms each with a queen-size bed and television. All beds have soft goose down comforters fitted with flannel sheets in the winter and cool cotton sheets in the summer. A second full-size bath is located downstairs, as well as an additional powder room on the main level.
The house has two family rooms: The main level family room has a beautiful river rock gas fireplace with two comfy couches. It also has an entertainment center with a large television, DVD player, and stereo system. The downstairs family room has hardwood floors, a color television, and VCR. There is a free-standing woodburning fireplace nestled in one corner with a sofa and loveseat. We also include a full-size roll-away bed for your use.
A gourmet kitchen is also on the main level and is open to the family and dining areas. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, and large island is every cooks dream. It is fully-equipped with a gas range, microwave, two sinks, dishwasher, trash compactor, and side by side refrigerator. There is also a large walk-in pantry equipped with a wine cooler.

This is our 4th stay at this home. It is the best. We could move right in and make it are home. Wouldn't rent anyplace else in kings beach area.

My family has rented this home several times and we look forward to it every time! This home is so comfortable, very clean, and the owners are wonderful to work with. The kitchen is a cook's dream with everything you need, including a crockpot and cookbooks! The hottub feels wonderful after a day on the slopes. The master bedroom is a fabulous retreat with the fireplace and jetted tub. It's nice to have a seperate family room downstairs for the kids to watch TV or hang out, while the adults stay upstairs. The pictures are very accurate, although the house is even better in person! The house is situated right next to the forest and has area for the kids to sled and play in the snow right next to it. I highly recommend this home, although I really would rather keep it a secret!

What a WONDERFUL home!!! It is in tip top order, fully stocked, clean and the owners are EXTREMELY accommodating!! The proximity to King's Beach is fabulous, and yet you can enjoy the peace and quiet of cul-de-sac This was our third year, and plan to enjoy many more (as long as #25753 is open). This home was wonderful!! My Boys and I had a fabulous time and enjoyed the comforts of this lovely home. The house was large but had such a warm and cozy feel,we just loved it and hope to return.The property and it's amenities were just great. It was tucked up on the hill in Kings Beach in a wonderful quiet neighborhood,yet still very close to town. On a scale from 1-10 it was a ten!! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home:)

Every year my family looks for a house to rent that can accommodate several families plus host dinners every evening for us and more. This house was perfect! It is well appointed, comfortable and quiet. We especially appreciated having plenty of pots and pans, plates and glasses for our meals, as well as having plenty of blankets, toilet paper, tissues, etc. We look forward to staying again.

Two families - four adults, four kids (6, 4, 4 and almost 2 years old) for 5 days... great place to stay! Since having kids, I've been gravitating towards VRBO for the convenience of a larger space, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. Everything around and about those amenities of the house and how they are presented make all the difference. This home is a great example... details such as an ample supply of quality bath towels, soap, shampoo made bath time cleanup a snap for the 4 boys. Extra Aero beds and plenty of quality pillows and blankets made sleeping arrangements with clingy 2 and 4 year olds much more pleasant for the parents - one family downstairs across two smaller bedrooms, one family upstairs in the very spacious master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots and pans made cooking at home at all hours painless. Supplied aluminum foil and Saran wrap also made it easy to store left overs in the fridge. The long dining table with two benches made it easy to slide the kids around as they jockeyed for position next to each other. And finally the overstuffed sofas and chairs in the living room made for great landing pads as the kids played Buzz Lightyear climbing up the backs of the furniture and jumping off. All of these 'amenities' helped make this stay all the more enjoyable and complemented the very spacious and well-kept home at the end of the cul-de-sac. I would highly recommend this place for any vacationing families with young children. The only caveat is that the smallest child be able to navigate steep stairs leading into the house as well as stairs from the front door to the main living area on the 2nd floor.

The pictures don't do the house justice!! We loved the house and it's very, very spacious. The hot tub was excellent and the location is perfect. The master bedroom is huge! All the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely rent again!

We had a fantastic vacation...and much of it was due to the comfort of this beautiful home! The house was spotless and quite spacious. There was plenty of room for our toddler to roam/run around without getting into too much trouble. This very quiet home (aside from the pleasant sound of birds chirping) was a nice break from the city noises we are used to hearing! We'll be back!
