We are offering this unique contemporary home in Melbourne, Florida as your home away from home for vacations and holidays. We are 5 minutes driving time from the Atlantic Ocean and two minutes from the Intercoastal Waterway.
This 2200 square foot home has every possible amenity with screen enclosure. Lounge on inside the screened patio area or just enjoy the comfort of a private backyard. Two full baths ensure plenty of room for everyone and the house is fully equipped for your stay. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The other bedrooms have a queen, a full, and two twin beds.
While in Melbourne you may want to take advantage of the many sightseeing opportunities available. Besides the ocean and its obvious attractions, there are museums, the renowned Brevard Zoo, shopping, great restaurants, an active local theater community and the Kennedy Space Center. You may want to just do as we do - fix a cup of coffee and take it to the Indian River (two minutes away) and while away the morning looking for manatees and watching the egrets and turtles.
We are also two blocks from the municipal golf course and close to many more courses including access to Patrick Air Force Base’s 18 hole golf course. If the shopping bug hits, you can choose to take in old Melbourne and its quaint shops or zip over to Orlando for its world famous shopping, dining, and of course, the endless choice of amusement parks.
