Our vacation villa is a fabulous 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom pool home completed remodeled and with brand new furnishings located in the popular subdivision of Eagle Point. This home features your own private screened in pool and lanai. This home has 2 master bedrooms, which make it perfect for two families.
The first master bedroom is fitted with with a king size bed, color television, private bathroom and doors leading to the pool. Next master bedroom has a queen size bed, color television and private bath. Third and fourth bedroom are both fitted with two twin beds each and share an adjoining bathroom.
The living room has a plasma television with cable, dvd player, sliding glass doors leading to the screened in pool and plenty of seating. Keep in touch with the Free Wi-Fi high speed internet connection and Free national long distance phone service.
The kitchen appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with all the needed utensils and cookware. The breakfast bar and dining area are great to enjoy a home cooked meal and plan for your next day of Florida sunshine! Treat your family to a wonderful vacation home. Sleeps up to 8 very comfortable.
Our villa is located in the much desired Eagle Pointe subdivision, which is in an excellent location just south/west of Disney. Eagle Pointe is ideally located just off Hwy. 192 in Kissimmee and less then 10 minutes to Walt Disney World. Within a 2 minute drive you will find a supermarket, 24 hour pharmacy and a good selection of shops and restaurants.
The Universal Theme parks, Sea World and Wet n Wild are all within 20 minutes. Orlando International Airport is less then 30 minutes away. Fantastic shopping with Belz Factory outlet, Mall at Millennium and the Florida Mall within 20 minute drive. Close to everything, but in a nice quiet subdivision. A perfect place to spend your vacation.

Our home has a very sleek and cool design, our yard is fenced in and is very private. We love to spend time by the pool and enjoy cooking in the kitchen that is nicer than our kitchen at home!! One other thing, you will always know that someone is available to you in case you need them. Our home is professionally managed and maintained by VIP management group. You're in good hands!
