This is one of the best spots in The Villages to live. Located in Winifred you're just a 3 minute walk from the pool, and a 5 minute golf cart drive from shopping, restaurants and golf courses. We are located within minutes from Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Golf Cart included!

The living room/dining room has two large sliders that provide access to the side yard and lanai. This is the perfect spot for entertaining since it looks out on a private back yard or just enjoy the beautiful weather, gorgeous sunsets or a meal outside. There is a HUGE 50' flat screen TV for those times you just want to stay at home.
The two bedrooms with personal bathrooms ensure that you and your guests have privacy. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a color TV. There is an over sized walk in closet and a separate exit to the lanai for those sun rise or late evening times. The back yard is fenced and walled to guarantee your privacy and safety for your pet. The guest room has a full size bed and private bathroom with a tub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 8, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster oven and microwave. We also provide the initial consumables (bath soap, toilet paper, dish detergent, napkins, paper plates. laundry soap, etc.) before your arrival to eliminate the need to run to the store as soon as you get here. Between the kitchen and dining room there is an open bar with bar stools- great for those quick meals.
With the optional resident pass, you can play any of the 31 Villages executive courses for free. There are also nine championship courses for a modest fee. If you aren’t a golfer there are so many other options for fun, the biggest problem will be deciding which activity to get involved in. Tennis, billiards, shuffleboard, woodworking, quilting, cards, running, biking, and fishing are just a few of the many activities you can enjoy in The Villages.
We provide a binder that has all of the useful information, such as: how to use the golf course reservation system, menus from local restaurants, airport transportation schedules, directions to various areas of interest, etc. Numerous golf courses, shopping, both town squares are all within easy access by golf cart!
Free music on the town squares nightly for your dancing or listening pleasure. We are Village residents so you will receive personal service.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR IN THE AREA IMMEDIATELY SURROUNDING THIS HOME. Small pets are acceptable but there will be a slight fee. Please email with description of pet.

The villa was everything the pictures and past tenants described. Everything needed for our two weeks was there and ready for us to use. Winifred's location is close to pools and activities, and the main highway which leads to numerous stores and restaurants -- all of which can still be accessed by golf cart if desired. The back yard was walled, so that we did not have to worry about our dog when he was outside. The Villages is centrally located in Flroida, enabling us to easily visit with numerous friends that have moved to the state. The availability of the washer and dryer enabled us to pack less clothes for our trip from New Jersey. We would recommend this villa to anyone that would like to stay in The Villages. The owner is always reachable and ready to help or advise in any way needed. This definitely was a good vacation choice for us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom villa with golf cart. It was a friendly community wherever we went. The villa was light, bright and very clean with the use of a very nice electric golf cart. The privacy of the villa was enjoyable especially since we had a small dog.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We just left this villa after 6 wonderful weeks! Great place to rent and furnished with most everything you might need: from a crock pot, to noodles for the pool, to a great golf cart. We hope to be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

The villa provides lots of privacy with the lanai and walled backyard. Perfect area for pets and sunsets! The tiled floors make it bright and airy and are so easy to keep clean. The neighbors are wonderful, friendly people and the pool is only a 3 minute walk away! Sumter Landing is a 5 minute golf cart ride. The location is close to everything including Wal-Mart, the Library, Publix and several restaurants only 5 minutes away by golf cart.
