Sanders place is a beautiful river front home within walking distance to town located on the French Broad River. The house was built in 1907 but has been completely remodeled and updated. The French Broad River offers fishing, white water rafting, or relaxing float trips. Our home is 100 feet more or less to the Appalachian Trail. Hot Springs is a very quaint, but vibrant town. It can be one of the most relaxing places you'll ever visit! Set apart from the hustle & bustle of "the real world" but with easy access to many amenities, you can't go wrong with a visit here! Our home features 2 bedrooms, both with Queen size beds and one with an additional twin size bed. The den features a double futon that can sleep 1 to 2 people, depending on size. Wireless internet is available as well as a DVD player and many movies. So bring a book, your hiking shoes, and a bathing suit & get ready to have a wonderful time. This is the only riverfront rental home you will find within the Hot Springs city limits.
Coming soon...an outdoor spa area featuring a sauna, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Should be ready for the winter renting season.
