I chose to buy a vacation rental property in this location because Condado is right at the heart of San Juan's touristic area. It's a beachfront property located in the trendiest, most happening spot in San Juan and it's perfectly situated in between Old San Juan (Historic District) and Isla Verda (Touristic Area) only a couple minutes away from the airport.
