Villa Eileen is great for families and for BBQ enthusiasts! This cozy three bedroom, two bath riverfront vacation rental features a generous deck overlooking the Russian River, a spacious cement patio & BBQ area, a play yard and stairs leading down to a huge private neighborhood sandy beach. The deck, patio and play yard are all separately gated and fenced. The cozy living room faces the river with large windows, open beam ceiling, a wood stove, old-fashioned bar, mini-fridge and sliding glass doors leading out to the deck. The deck offers outdoor dining, a propane barbecue, and river views. In the fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of counter space for cooking and sliding glass doors opening out to the wrap-around deck and overlooking the patio. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second and third bedrooms (once a very large dorm style bedroom that has been split into two)have a queen bed in one room and a double bed and twin bunk bed the other. The living room has a queen sofa bed.
The cement patio and barbecue area has a choice of BBQ grills and a large tile counter. There is also an extra large picnic table perfect for those outdoor summer dinners. A canoe is included (available mid June - mid Sept. only) for scenic rides along the river. Villa Eileen is located in Guerneville within walking distance to public tennis courts and playground and is a short drive to many Russian River Valley wineries and the Sonoma Coast (Jenner & Bodega Bay).
