This is a lovely, very spacious brand new home built by the owner/builder. Upstairs is the master suite with a queen bed and private bath with marble shower and Jacuzzi, and a separate loft which overlooks the Great Room, with antique wood beams and a ceiling fan. The living room has a brick fireplace. The den has a brick floor and a 50 inch plasma HDTV. Also on the first floor are two more bedrooms, with a full size bed and two twins, along with another full bath.
Outside is a lovely yard with a patio set and Weber grill. There is also an outdoor shower and an outdoor bathroom. The house abuts a very large nature preserve and there are hiking trails that lead from the house.
