This is our 3rd time at this beach vacation home. We love the place so much that we now book it in advance for our annual family gathering. We have tried several homes in Pacific City and this is by far the best for our needs. Usually with 6 adults and 5 kids (It still can comfortably accommodate more)The house is very clean, well stocked, spacious with a sociable floor plan and beautiful views from all sides of the home. Owner was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend! Make sure to stop in the Twist Wine Company for wine tasting, beer and friendly conversation.

Perfect Spot

Grandparents plus two families (6 adults and 5 kids) had the best possible experience. Kids were able to take over the basement with their own games, TV, foosball, and pool table without their parents driving them crazy. The adults lazed about the top floor like the slugs they are. Whenever ambition reared its ugly head, we took the perfect ten minute walk to the dune to climb, see the tide pools, check out the surfers, throw the frisbee and stretch our legs. Beds were great, kitchen was stocked better than our own home, whole place was clean, owner responded to any questions.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

Excellent Pacific City Vacation

We had a fabulous time at your vacation rental in Pacific City last weekend. It was just the right size for 10 adults and we loved the comfort of it all. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The windows with views of the surroundings were wonderful. The size of the living area with plenty of seating made it easy for us to live together for two full days.

My family and I had a great long weekend here. It has ample room for 3 generations! The view is beautiful, even though it is not right on the beach. It is a short walk to town in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well stocked for almost any need. I was pleasantly suprised to find free WiFi to check email and the kids loved the pool and foosball tables. Thank you so much!

Our family just returned from a wonderful weekend in Pacific City. The beach house was absolutely perfect! We had a large number of family members (10 adults, 4 kids) and had plenty of room for family fellowship, plus room for quiet naps and reading if you wanted to get away from the group. The beach was perfect, not crowded at all. Lots of activities for the family, from playing on the beach, flying kites, fishing, watching the dories... the kids can't stop talking about how much fun they had. The adults can't stop talking about a perfect beach house and great family getaway! Thanks so much for opening your home to us!!

This is a great house for two (or even three) families to share. The location is fabulous, just a few yards from the beach and walking distance to the Pelican Pub and Cape Kiwanda. The spacious house is beautifully furnished and incredibly well stocked, down to the linens sorted by bed size. The pool and foosball tables provided hours of entertainment for the kids (a blessing on a rainy day at the coast). We hope to come back again some day.
