All rates include the exclusive use of the Estate and private docks.
You have the option to rent one, two or three houses on the compound.
Regardless of your choice, your privacy will be ensured by being
the only guests during your stay. Rates begin at $9,000 for one
house with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, $12,000 for two houses with a
total of 7 bedrooms and 7 baths, or $14,000 all three houses, giving
you a total of 9 bedrooms and 9 baths. All rates are based on weekly
occupancy and are subject to taxes.
