We stayed here July, 2011. I must say this was probably the best vacation we've ever had. We had 4 couples (family and friends). The house was absolutely gorgeous!! It was plenty big enough for all of us to not only get our own bedroom and bathroom but also have plenty of living space for all of us. The bedrooms were all decorated beautifully and the beds were all very comfy! We all slept VERY well all week. I can't say enough about the lake...wow! It was the most beautiful lake I have ever seen. The contrast from the green trees, the red GA clay and the blue water - it was so pretty. Between all of us we had 1 boat and 1 jet ski and we were on the lake EVERY day, exploring, wakeboarding, tubing, etc. We saw plenty of other boaters but the lake was HUGE so it was never crowded. Also the water was crystal clear, I was truly amazed. The dock that belongs to the house was incredible too - 2 boat slips with lifts, 2 stories and a water trampoline! Even a golf cart to take all the stuff from the house to the boat. SO much fun!! My only complaints are truly minor - the house could use some MINOR maintenance such as light bulbs changed, etc. And at first we had a tough time finding the house...come to find out the address (street number) had changed and we weren't made aware of that. So if you rent be sure to confirm w/ the owner. Also I'm sad to say the house is up for sale so if we want to come back next year I'm not sure it will be available and after staying at a place like this - beautiful house, wonderful dock, great location on the lake, etc it would be tough to find another place as great. Wonderful!
