Recently redecorated 2 bedroom, 1.5 Bath, in beautiful Palm Desert. It is located on the 14th tee of the Palm Desert Resorter with a great view of the San Jacinto, Santa Rosa, and San Gorgonio Mountains. Some of the amenities include several community pools and jacuzzis, 18 hole golf course, driving range, clubhouse with full dining facilities and tennis courts. It is a public golf course and tee time's are available.
Nearby are several casinos, museums, the Living Desert and El Paseo which has great restaurants and shops. If you are an adventurist, there is hiking in the mountains and off roading just down the road. There is a little something for everyone.
The desert is stunning in the Fall. It is an exceptional time to spend just relaxing in the warm sunshine, taking walks, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful blue skies.

Tom and Dorene married on 7/07/07 and that tells you a lot about our story. It is full of joy, completeness and a beautiful understanding that everything works out when you trust.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Desert Resort
Tom bought this house with the intention of retiring to Palm Desert in 2010 but Dorene has a job and 2 children here in Laguna Niguel so we have a few more years.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The previous renters tell us that the minute you open the door to our home the stress just rolls off your shoulders. It is a relaxed and very homey atmosphere where you can put your feet up and just breathe. You can be as busy as you want or as tranquil as you want. It just depends on what you want out of your holiday. Its moto is "don't worry, be happy".

We enjoyed our 2-1/2 months at this beautifully furnished condo in Palm Desert. It had all the amenities we wanted and the exceptional patio with lovely furniture and gas grill added to our outdoor enjoyment. This property is close to many restaurants which became favorites for return visits, and the area offers a wide variety of shopping and is close/easy access to I-10. The owners were very helpful with any requests or questions we had, and the property was clean and neat.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.
