Fun in the sun with this family-friendly beach condo. Itfeels like one home as there is only one other condo downstairs. It is one of the few that have a garage for storage of car, bikes, boogie boards, etc. The garage is 2 car but fits ONLY one large vehicle.
This condo is spacious (about 1600 square feet), very light, well maintained with newer furniture and bedding (purchased in 2002). We have it totally furnished with all "toys for both adults and children. (DVD players, DVD movies, computer, toys, boogie boards, bikes (children bikes on request), surfboard, beach chairs & towels. COMPUTER WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET. For the cook there is a gas bbq, all small & large appliances (purchased in 2005) Coffee, spices,& more are supplied.
We are located about five homes from the Pacific Ocean and five blocks from Belmont Park. Families can walk to restaurants, stores, and amusement park.
