This cottage was built in 1935 and had been in one family until we purchased it in 2006. The family that owned it maintained it proudly and kept it furnished with period furniture and decor. Recently updated, it has a balance of early 20th century charm and modern conveniences.
North pond is considered part of the Belgrade Lakes region. This region is 20 minutes from downtown Augusta and offers rural lake life with the conveniences of a city.
