We are long-time Michiganders that have recently moved to Connecticut. For that reason we are not able to visit Boyne City as often as we would like. Bad for us....But GOOD for You! The Landings is a wonderful community. Convenient to everything and best of all, overlooking beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Please contact me if you are interested in renting.

The Landings condo complex is a nice complex with meticulously maintained grounds. It is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Boyne City. The heated swimming pool is a nice feature that we used often. This condo is a nice first floor unit that is tastefully decorated and was accurately described by the listing and photographs. It is not a large condo but it provides more space than most hotel rooms. It has great views of Lake Charlevoix and the marina. This was our first VRBO rental and Karyl and Jim made the rental process very easy and answered all our questions in advance. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our one-week stay. We would recommend this condo and would definitely recommend a vacation in Boyne City, which is a charming place to visit. Lake Charlevoix is great for boating or just playing in the water and has beautiful sunsets in the evening. The town of Boyne City has several nice shops that we explored and is a great place to ride bicycles, jog or walk around town. You can also rent kayaks and travel down the Boyne River right into Lake Charlevoix. Boyne City has several fun events throughout the summer and has a nice farmer's market two days per week in the summer. The nearby Boyne Mountain area has two nice golf courses and great mountain bike trails. There is also a nice miniature golf course just outside of town. We tried many of the local dining establishments and recommend The BBQ, Lake Street Food & Spirits, The Red Mesa Grill, and Cafe Sante. Many of these have a musical performer on Friday and Saturday nights. There is also a nice fudge/ice cream shop in town in case you have room for dessert, as well as a great bakery that is a must-try. You really don't have to leave Boyne City, but if you want to, Charlevoix and Petoskey are each only about 15 minutes away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The property was comfortable with all of the comforts of home. It was also in a great location. The only drawback were creaky floorboards whenever someone from the upstairs unit walked around. Fortunately it was only occupied for a few days of our stay.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

The Landings has the amenities that we wanted! Close to town, a marina, a pool and a nice condo with a great lake view! This property was very clean and the property owner is very organized and easy to work with!
