My husband and I with a few other friends rented this house for a week. We all had a great time, lots of room for everyone and plenty of seating throughout the house. This house had everything we needed in looking for a rental. Normal wear and tear throughout the house but no biggie. The house is in good care. The property manager was awesome and was there to answer any questions I had with a quick text message. The ride to strip was simple and a fast 15 minute drive. Everything you need and more was right in the rentals hometown. We were all so comfortable like we were in our own home! We all loved it!

Wonderful Family Getaway

There were 16 of us ranging in age from 65 years to 8 months and we all had a wonderful stay. There was ample room in the house and grounds for everyone to be together and, just as important the was room for the kids to be away from the parents and grandparents (and vice-versa) when needed. The TVs in just about every room and the WiFi were great. The house location is a very easy commute from the airport and is very convenient for both sight-seeing and the Casinos. Even though it was mid-March the temperature shot up into the 90s and we were able to take full advantage of the pool and spa. The property was clean and well-maintained, with some evidence of wear and tear, but nothing major. Renting a property like this provided an ideal venue for our large extended family to spend quality time together. We were very pleased with out say and highly recommend this property.

The house was everything that the pictures showed. The layout and amenities were great, nicely laid out and decorated. Loved that there were supersoft bathrobes in every guest room. The house was very clean, and came decently stocked. There was missing a can opener, the master toilet didn't flush properly and the coffee and espresso makers didn't work - but everything else about the house was amazing. Located in Henderson, there's lots to do away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, but still close enough that you can get to the action within a 10 minutes.

Perfect Holiday Home Rental

This was our family's second Christmas at this home. We rented this time from the new owners, the home was just as nice as the last visit. This had plenty of bedrooms for the 10 guests and we enjoyed being able to all sit at the large dining table. The hot tub was a nice benefit. Linens and supplies were plentiful.

Great Place to Stay

We took a large extended family over Christmas to this large and lovely home. The home was large enough to fit us all without crowding, that was amazing. The pool and hot tub were heated (by request) and the kids and adults loved it. We had a wonderful time and didn't have any problems with mice, ants, etc as you can have unexpectedly. Everything was neat and clean and had a great laundry room as well so we could keep up on everyone's needs. We had a great time there and know you will too.

This property made for the most relaxing trip that we have ever had as a team. This property has everything you need and more. Spacious, plenty of television, video game, pool table you name it. They have you covered. Best value in Vegas no doubt.

Our stay was WONDERFUL and we will definitely be booking again. Only issues we had were the lack of overhead lights in the house and outside near the BBQ area. As of the end of Daylight savings time this made preparing dinner after 5 very difficult. Also, for some reason the Digital cable was not working. Hoping this is something that will be rectified before our next visit. Would also like to mention that when we arrived the heat was on and the house was extremely warm..other than those things we were very pleased!

Vegas Wedding Getaway

I came out with my fiance and 11 other family members for a Vegas wedding. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was so spacious. There was plenty of room for all of my guests and so much to do just in the house. The master bedroom/bathroom was amazing! There was so much room and getting everyone ready for the wedding was so easy with all the space!! Everyone loved their stay and would absolutely stay again if in Vegas. I definitely recommend this house for a family or group traveling to Vegas. Thanks to the owners, everything was so easy and we had a fantastic time!!!

Its Huge! Everyone has there own space

Everything was well appointed and the concierge was easy to reach. The house looks small from the outside but is very large inside. The pool and whirlpool are very relaxing and the grill is newer. This property easily accommodated everyone for our trip. Food and other amenities are very close by and the drive to the strip is no more than 10 mins. For those arriving by cab, it will run about $50 one way. We will stay here again when we come back!

I have been coming to Las Vegas for years and always stayed down on the Strip in a Hotel... This was my first expieriance renting a house for an extended weekend stay... I must say I will never stay on the Strip or in a Hotel in Las Vegas again... The house was nice, description meet my expectations once we arrived, the best thing was a pool for us to hang out in during the day time without the huge crowds of the resorts... Awesome Place will stay here again...

Perfect for the occasion

We rented this property for my best friend 30th birthday (as well as other celebrations). We had a party of 11. it was perfect in size. The interior was beautiful both inside and out. The view of the mountains were beyond my expectations. I enjoyed my stay here and we look forward to coming to Las Vegas again next year. I would recommend this house to anyone who has a large group because it is very spacious with plenty of room for those to sleep. The pool is not as large as I hope, but the beauty of night lights and the hammocks sort of made up for it. Great location, close to lots of shopping, very convenient and not far from the Strip and the airport!!!!

I don't even know where to start as this home was beyond words. It exceeded our expectations by far and was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The pool & hot tub were so nice and the temperature was very comfortable. I loved the way the pool had a little wading area which was perfect for my little one. The home had everything we needed and was VERY spacious. I would definitely recommend this house to others. Everything was great! Thank you so much!

We are a group of 12 women, sisters, sister-in laws and nieces ranging in age 32 to 87.. this was just perfect for our annual sister get away. The kitchen worked for our mob wonderfully. The hosts were very accommodating and definitely went the extra mile. The house was clean and nicely appointed. The furniture comfortable. The beach is a short walk away, and a very nice walk, both there and on the way. I can not imagine any group choosing this home and being disappointed. When I was searching for a location Rental 280612 seemed to be yelling 'pick me, pick me" So glad I listened .

My teammates and I enjoyed our stay very much. Ann and Blaine have turned this home into a place rivaling most upscale hotels in Vegas. We were able to relax in the hot tub and pool after 10 hour days in the gym. The kitchen was very neat and organized. We had no trouble cooking all our meals and cleanup was a breeze. The tv rooms enabled us to watch different shows at the same time. The plentiful bedroom space allowed each person their own bed. This home held both of our teams (12 players) very comfortably and most importantly, we felt at home during our stay. We definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Ann and Blaine, thank you for being gracious hosts and tending to our needs before and after our arrival. We hope to rent from you soon in September if we enter the next Vegas tournament.

We rented the property for Christmas this year. We had about 12 people and were looking for a property that was big enough for us to spread out and eat together. The house was great for cooking, the kitchen had everything we needed to make Christmas dinner and also had a huge table that everyone could eat at. The lake is about a five minute walk away. When we got there it was snow covered and beautiful. It made for some great pictures. After dinner we played games and watched movies. There are two separate TV areas and lots of games, plue the hot tub. Everyone had a great time.

We were able to spread-out, with everyone able to do thier own thing, and not worry about bothering someone else. The two living rooms were very comfortable and the game area had something for everyone. The beds were extremely comfortable (just like home) and the towels were big and soft. Everyone in our group really liked the layout of the house and we also enjoyed the hottub. The price and location were great...we feel very fortunate to have found this house...it was perfect for our needs. Thank you Ann!!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home! All the bedrooms had top quality mattresses and bedding as well as cable TV in each (a real plus when you have kids!). The pool was warm and clean. The floorplan was great for all of us to have our own "space." We enjoyed fresh pomegranates off the tree on the back patio. This home is a great choice for adults to relax and for families with children.

This house gets a big ol' double HOOAH from some Army folks who spent Memorial Day weekend there. Being military we certainly appreciated the house' cleanliness as well as it looking just like the description on this site. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, the dishes weren't cheap, and all the appliances worked as advertised. Although the lot itself is small, the pool was nice, as was the patio. The owner was very responsive and professional, and we would recommend this house to our own family! If you're looking for a house for a large gathering of people, this is it!
