  From the moment we stepped through the front door we felt right at home. The home is beautiful and comfortable; it's true that the pictures don't do it justice. Only a few miles from Winter Park, it's just a short drive to many fine restaurants, as well as shopping. From the condo it's an easy walk to Safeway, where you can buy your fishing license. The Fraser River runs right along the property;. in just an hour of fly fishing directly behind the condo many rainbow and brown trout were caught. There is a beautiful walking trail that follows the river, and just a short walk upstream there is a beautiful pool with rainbow, brown, and brook trout. The owner is friendly and easy to get hold of, either by phone or email. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend. Having stayed here, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in the Winter Park area.

  My husband, two teenagers and I attend a conference each year at Snow Mountain Ranch, near Fraser. this year, we stayed at this wonderful condo. The master bed was extraordinarily comfortable (sleep number) and the linens were all very nice, upgraded. I loved having a washer/dryer. Very nice remodel, well-equiped kitchen and all very clean. Our kiddos loved the hottub and the loft. Very comfortable. We loved all the water! The stream runs near the master bedroom window (very soothing!) and the fountain can be seen and heard from the living room, deck and other bedroom. From the dining room/kitchen window, which is surrounded by pretty aspen, you can see the mountains. Convenient to the Safeway. A lovely place to stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

  Beautiful place to stay! Wonderful place to just get away whether its for a long birthday weekend, a few days on the slopes or whatever your outdoor activity of choice maybe. Personally I thought it was great for some much needed R & R! All ammenities were provided, and there was plenty of space for people to stay. I highly reccomend that you take advantage of warming up by the fireplace or toasting yourself in the hot tub after a long day outdoors! This townhome is beautifully updated and makes you feel right at home!

  Four of us stayed at this wonderful home on Feb. 2010 for 4 days and 3 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. I am very thankful of how the owners were always reachable and answered any and every one of our questions. The kitchen was very well equiped and the grocery store was just about 5 blocks away, which made it very easy for quick runs to the store. We would recommend this home to any one who is looking for a very well located and beautiful home for an affordable price.
