Enjoy a relaxing get-away at this quiet lake front home. Nestled in a cove (ONE OF THE BEST ON THE ENTIRE LAKE) on Lake Sinclair with dock and boathouse. Pontoon Boat and Jet-ski rental available by several area rentals. Boat launch 1 mile away. Fishing all year around. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and lots of stars at night. Our home can accommodate larger parties, yet cozy enough for just one or two. Each master bedroom has private master baths.
Relax on the back porch, or the swing down by the lake or sit out on the dock. Enjoy the lake view from our 2 person swing or our chairs on the dock.

Go to dinner, movie or shopping 20 minutes away in the town of Milledgeville. ATL airport 90 minutes away. Tanger Outlet Mall shopping approx. 60 minutes away. Macon 45 minutes away.
Brand new Crooked Creek Marina with boat parking and restaurant (Outstanding, get the Shrimp and Cheese Grits!!!) All remodeled and open for business, VERY nice restaurant!Note to boaters, Lake Sinclair is a Georgia Power Lake and the water fluctuates during the day. Water is around 5-7ft in front of our dock,15-20 ft in the channel. Pontoon boats, in board/outboards and seadoos are all welcome. Lake has not been affected by the drought due to being a GA power lake. Rent for a day or two, a weekend or longer. Monthly rentals available off season. Crooked Creek Marina open for launching and gas.
New flooring put in 7/09 along with fresh paint everywhere. New King size pillow top mattress's in both bedrooms and a hide a bed in the LR sofa. Drive way has been changed to include a round about area for those with boat trailers.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Sinclair
We loved this home because its on one of the best coves on the entire lake, boat, ski, jet ski, fish without ever leaving your back yard. Crooked Creel Marina is 10 minutes away by car or boat, so the ease of launching the boat is just around the corner. (great eating at the Bone Yard grill as well) . We have furnished this home like we would live in it, you will find it very cozy and warm.

Hi, We bought the home (as well as a few others) on Lake Sinclair as we fell in love with the area. We also own property in the North GA Mountains which we visit monthly. We are Floridians, with dreams of retiring in the mountains. We like to go boating, and Lake Sinclair with it steady water levels drew us to the area. I am a true fisherman, and have caught many nice bass, catfish and specks right off the dock. The cove the home is located in is truly one of the nicest on the entire lake. We love dogs (own 5), so don't hesitate to bring your best friends!

We took our son and his girlfriend and our 2 basset hounds to this lovely house on Lake Sinclair. My son just returned from a year in Afghanistan so we were hoping the place would live up to the advertisement...We were THRILLED! My son said, "I thought this place was going to be a dump! This is GREAT!" We had a wonderful time swimming and fishing right off the dock. Thanks for a wonderful vacation - we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this property to anyone with pets and small children. And Chris is a total pleasure to deal with! This was our 2nd stay at this house. This time we brought our daughter and 10 yr old twins. It was a great week. They fished every day and really enjoyed eating the fish. The accomodations were perfect for our family. The area was extremely educational for the children. We all felt very comfortable and at home. Thanks to our hosts for providing a welcome and pleasant experience.

My husband, myself & our "4-legged" son spent a full week @ this location. It truly is everything that the the description stated + more. The home is decorated very nicely, the beds are so comfy and the screened-in porch is the very best overlooking the lake. We not only would recommend this home, but hope to get back there again in the near future. If you do go - eat at the Bone Island Grille @Crooked Creek Marina. My family and I spent Thanksgiving at this home. I was so impressed! I have never stayed in a vacation home that was fully stocked as this one. There was even cold beer in the fridge!! They even had coffee, creamers, even dog food!! Wow! We did not have to go out for anything the first night. I highly recommend this home!

Nicely furnished two bedroom home on the lake. Small but cozy. Comfortable beds. Small a/c unit had a hard time keeping up with the warm September weather. One bathroom had a toilet issue. Lights on dock did not work - flipped all switches and even the circuit breaker after we located it. Sent message to owner but no action to fix. Fisherman in our group was very disappointed about this, but overall we did have a nice stay and enjoyed our time on the lake.

The house was great. The beds were so comfortable! We really appreciated your pet-friendly attitude. We also appreciated your prompt attention to the bathroom situation we had. We felt like the lake amenities needed a little TLC. For example, we were worried that we would slip on the steps going into the lake; the handrail seemed like it would break. Also, a large umbrella and table would have been nice while enjoying the lake. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the vacation at your place. Thanks.

All I can say is that the pictures of the home are dead on, the place is very very nice, cozy cozy cozy! Quiet area on the lake, caught fish off the dock and had them for supper, just had a blast. The owners are super nice and have furnished the place like they live there (husband LOVED the TV). We will be back again and next time hope to stay for a few weeks. This is a little gem!!!

My family just finished out one week rental of this home and couldn't be happier for finding it or sadder for having to leave. Lot's of nice "touches" like the HDTV, ice cream, comfortable beds, air-conditioned sun porch, and internet access. Owner checked in when I arrived, while I was there, and before I left. Couldn't be happier with the rental. Plenty to do in the area. State parks close by. Excellent restaurant at the Crooked Creek marina only 4 miles away.

We really enjoyed our quiet get-away on Lake Sinclair! Everything was provided to make the stay comfortable and care-free. Plenty of room for the dogs to "snoop" and "sniff". We especially enjoyed watching the sun set from the sun porch. Perfect! We'll be back.
