Come and enjoy one of Florida's finest rivers in a home built to please. This house comes with everything you need to enjoy yourself, so you don't have to worry about bringing anything. The house is on the corner of the river (140ft. of waterfront) so no matter where you are in the house your going to have a very pleasing view of the clear Weeki Wachee river. Wake up to the manatees swimming by or just the tranquility of the slow moving river with an abundance of life within. No matter if you're looking for a nice and relaxing vacation or a get away place to go boating/kayaking and have a good time, this is your one stop destination. This place has it all. It even has a tandem kayak and two single kayaks with a couple of fishing poles for guests to use if they desire. This stop is good for a few nights, a week, or the whole season.
Just some of the amenities we offer are memory foam bed toppers with 450 thread count sheets for all beds. Plenty of extra pillows and linens. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, blender, etc. A slide, diving board and kayaks for guests to use.

Hello! We are the Ehrhardt family (Jeff, Pam & Chase). Our 11 year old son has a love of boats and being on the water. So when this property came available there was no question about buying it. We are on the water all the time. Chase is only 11 but he can drive a boat better than any one we know. He does all of the boat driving in our family. Boating is in his blood. We enjoy all the family time we can in our second home. Our hope is that our home will bring other family's together like it has ours. We take pride in keeping our house as nice as possible and hope our guests will also. After a long day of kayaking or boating we enjoy lighting a fire in the fire pit and just sitting around talking. It doesn't get any better than that. It was a pleasure introducing ourselves to you.

My family stayed here the first week on January 2012. We all had an amazing time. The house is wonderful, better than the pictures. The river is astonishing. You see manatees swim by the dock daily. The kayaks were great fun for everyone. Would highly recommend this home :)

Our mid week vacation was wonderful! We had 3 couples, our wives share the same birthdays. Each year we do a special trip together, this one was awesome. The manatees were plentiful, and the 2 seater kayak brought much laughter from the girls as we tried to balance. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The slide, diving board & fire pit were a hit. The website was very accurate & the registration process very user friendly! Can't wait to come back!

Loved this house. Everything was clean, linens and towels are of the highest quality. We kayaked weeki wachee springs (a must do) and pulled our kayaks out at the dock. The next day we kayaked the "Chaz". We BBQ'd and we watched manatee, fish and blue crab swim by. Yes, we even went to the mermaid show, found a great little local bar and had a great time! Jeff and Pam were quick to respond to our emails. Hope to come back soon!

The home was more than we could have expected. We had a wonderful time scalloping in the Gulf and kayaking the 8 mile run from Weeki Wachee State Park to Rogers Park. We ended each day swimming in the river off the dock and playing on the diving board and slide. We can't wait to come back next year.

We stayed for a week in March with our two teenage sons. We all had a GREAT time! The kayaks were a terrific asset! We kayaked with the manatee, saw fish jumping regularly, watched crabs crawling around the bottom of this beautiful canal! The home was beautiful with everything that we could possibly need or want. We were VERY comfortable and felt as though this lovely place was "a home away from home"! The beds were very comfortable, the linens were of a very high quality along with the other ammenities in this place! This was perhaps the nicest vacation home that we have ever rented (and we rent two or three times a year!). We would HIGHLY recommend this vacation home to those who are looking for a relaxing place to stay with still lots of things to do!

This house is a HUGE step above what you would expect in vacation rentals. Everything from furniture to sheets to mattresses are upscale. We will definitely be coming back during next years visit with our family. Thanks so much for such a comfortable and relaxing home.
