After renting and staying with frineds many times we purchased our home so we could enjoy having our place to stay when visiting family and friends, We also wanted to have aplace where we could spend special times with friends and family. The neighborhood is exactly what we where looking for.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We always rent a boat while we are at our home - its a great way to get to all the beaches; Ft Myers, Sanibel and Cape Coral! We can be in the "Big" water in approx 20 minutes by boat - its a relaxing and fun sight-seeing boat ride.
