Year Purchased: 1990

We have owned the property since 1990. The building was originally constructed in 1764 and over the past 12 months, we have completely gutted the building and renovated it. The first floor is occupied by two retail stores and the second and third floor is a brand new luxury 3 bedroom condominium just completed in July 2009.

We have lived on Aquidneck Island for 20 years and this vacation rental is part of small real estate portfolio of properties we own in downtown Newport.
