This Hill Country Vacation Cabin is located in the resort community of Point Venture, just 30 miles from Austin. If you are looking for a weekend getaway with peaceful scenery and stimulating recreation, this is the place for you and your crew!
You will have public-paid access to Point Venture's 9-hole golf course. Enjoy quiet Hill Country golf in the middle of Lake Travis. Our beautiful 9-hole course is a welcome retreat for both the seasoned and novice golfer, and our proximity to the lake means you're never far away from great entertainment and family activities.
Other amenities in the Point Venture community include an Olympic sized pool, six tennis courts (four of which are lighted), and a 50 acre waterfront park (with two boat ramps). The Point Venture Marina is full service and includes a fuel dock, store, and floating restaurant (The Pier).
The floating restaurant, The Pier, is popular with local residents as well as boaters on Lake Travis. With a full service bar, and a varied menu The Pier is the perfect spot for an evening out or a relaxing lunch. Children and adults alike enjoy feeding the schools of massive catfish and carp from the deck of The Pier. The Pier is accessible both by land and water with ample parking for both boats and autos. The Pier is open year round, depending, of course on the weather.
There are easily accessible watercraft rentals located across the lake at Lakeway Marina.
