Our guesthouse is located on 35 acres which is 15 minutes from Fayetteville, AR (Razorback Stadium). We are located 20 minutes from War Eagle and 40 minutes to Eureka Springs. The main house was built in 1867 and was in the movie "The Blue and the Gray". The guesthouse was completed in 2008 and is about 1500 square feet.
There are two private bedrooms--one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. There is also an enclosed sleeping porch with a twin bed. The living/dining room has a gas fireplace.
There is a full kitchen and laundry room. The handicapped accessible bathroom has a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub.

The home was exactly like it was described in the advertisement, beautiful home and beautiful land. We had a excellent stay and would recommend you should rent. The owners were very nice people and made us feel right at home, the scenery is beautiful and we really enjoyed just sitting outside and taking it all in.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

What a lovely weekend this was. You were the perfect hosts. Your cottage was so clean and so beautifully decorated--we did not want to leave! Thank you for sharing the interesting history of your house and property. It made history come alive for our teens. Thank you both for opening your home to our family. We had one of the most relaxing vacations ever here at your place. Everyone in our family did exactly what each of us enjoys. Thank you for providing such a beautiful, peaceful, soothing environment. We read, rested and soaked in the scenery.
