Enjoy the your 2012 vacation in South Carolina Low Country. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath second floor unit is located on the spectacular 17th green of the True Blue Golf Course in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. You can end your day of golf, shopping, sightseeing or beachcombing on the screened balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course. Newly furnished with multiple TVs, game system, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit and all linens. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, master bath and walk in closet with access to the balcony. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a game system. The third bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 twins. True Blue features an award winning golf course as well as shared pools, hot tubs and tennis courts.
Pawleys Island is a seaside community with excellent local shopping and restaurants. You are within 5 minutes of the beach and fishing. Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are within 15 minutes. Conveniently located between Historic Georgetown to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north. The condo had a great view of the golf course. We found the condition of the condo to be excellent. The owners have added many updates including a great window seat. We were so inspired we bought a condo at True Blue during our stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I, along with daughter and son-in-law, stayed for a long weekend. The condo is wonderfully situated in Pawley's Island and close to just about everything. We enjoyed visiting Georgetown and Brookgreen gardens and had some wonderful shopping in the various shops along the way. The condo has everything that you could ask for. We did minimal cooking but did cook dinner one night and found the kitchen well stocked with regards to pots, pans, dishes, etc. I wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were great to work with and even allowed us to changes our dates by one day when we had a emergency at home that delayed our departure. You won't be disappointed if you choose this condo!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The listing description and photos were accurate as far as location and appearance. The owner provided all necessary information to make a seamless transaction, providing a clean and well maintained property that I will recommend and use again. The golf at True Blue and Pawley's Island was outstanding and close with shopping at The Village Shops for my wife gave us both a great vacation. Nearby restaurants like Captain John's Sea Food and the Blue Crab provided us with local area menus.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This condo is in the prettiest town, exclusive and quiet yet a short drive to the touristy attractions and nightlife of Myrtle Beach. For golfers, expert lessons are available on-site along with great courses. Two restaurants not to miss are Crabby Mikes for the seafood buffet and Salt Creek for sushi that is like a work of art. Loved that the condo was minutes away from the state park and beaches. Our kids (13 and 15) had a blast! My stay was very enjoyable. The spectacular views of the golf course and the peaceful surroundings of the well groomed grounds made my visit very satisfying. The attention to detail by the owner made the condo feel cozy and comfortable. Within minutes of the unit I could be playing world-class golf or enjoying the numerous amenities of the beachfront. Why the Owner Chose Pawleys Island:
Our family enjoys the diverse offerings of the area. We were looking for a vacation retreat with access to water (the ocean), places to bike, golf, boat and run. With teenagers we also wanted an area that had attractions for them. Being close to Myrtle Beach yet down the road gives us the opportunity to enjoy it all.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our favorite part of the day are the mornings when we can sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee while watching the area wake up. It is a quiet and peaceful way to start the day after a walk or run along the beach.
