  My husband and I have rented this condo for three years.. We have found Danny to be extremely helpful. We always enjoy our stay and the facilities such as the pool. Danny is good about upgrading the condo such as new furniture and larger washer and dryer. I look forward to our stay at 113 each year.

  My husband and I were looking for a 1 bedroom condo on Orange Beach, but as I was perusing the options, I saw this property for a great price! The location is great, and we loved being able to walk down one small flight of steps to the pool, and ground level, with easy beach access. The 3 bedroom condo is spacious and can easily accommodate 6 or more people. There are 3 bathrooms, with the "main" one off the living room and 2nd bedroom being the largest. The stacked washer and dryer in the kitchen closet is extremely handy. The beachy decor is great and perfect for the locale. The owner provides great customer service and is easy to work with. I would recommend this unit to family and friends. My favorite restaurant in the area was Cosmo's. Lulu's is also good and great for families. The area across from Perdido Beach Resort has several good restaurants and nice boutique shops. A great vacation, the biggest problem? Too short!!

  Danny the owner was super easy and great to work with through out the process. I took a family of 7 down to the condo and it was everything we needed and more. The place was super clean and comfortable. We really felt at home there and safe for those with younger kids too. I felt comfortable having my preteen girls down in the pool and on the beach without excessive worry. There was plenty of space for us all and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We are already planning next years stay and we just got back!!

  We have stayed at this condo multiple times and found it to be a great place. The owners keep it clean and upgrade furniture,etc. as needed. We love sitting on the deck to watch the dolphins and boats in the gulf. The pool area is nice with abundant furniture for sunbathing. It is really convenient to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We'll be back!!

  The owner Danny was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He always responded to me very quickly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The condo building was fairly dated and did not smell very good in the hallways, however, we always took the stairs which were located right outside the condo so it wasn't a big deal at all. The condo itself was nice and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very cool in temperature which is very important to us! Would like to have had ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, but the provided box fans were convenient. The bath towels provided were very nice and thick and the beds (especially king and queen) were very comfortable. The clothes washer/dryer worked great and there were plenty of kitchen utensils and amenities. We didn't need a thing except for food, drinks, and sunscreen! The pool was nice, however, it was a pretty small area and not a lot of room for seating, so we just hung on the beach the entire time (I'm certainly not complaining about that!) which was a very short walk across the boardwalk. There are plenty of places to eat and activities for the kids in nearby Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Foley. I would highly recommend this condo and location for a very relaxing and fun getaway.

  We just got back from staying a week here and we loved it. The view was hands down the best in the building. Danny was such a pleasure to work with and took care of any need we had. It had all the amentities we ever needed except maybe some hangers. We really enjoyed the balcony and it was great to watch everyone swim from it. Beach was only steps away! We would definently recommend this for all ages.

  We just returned from a week at this condo with our daughter & 2 young grandsons! The condo is so cheery and well equipped! We cooked several main meals at home and had a daily big breakfast on the large lovely balcony overlooking the ocean! We all enjoyed the view, the gorgeous beach and the indoor/outdoor pool daily! Danny (owner) responds quickly to all questions and is very helpful! Our favorite restaurants were LuLu's on Hwy 59 and Lillian's Homemade Pizza in Perdido Key,Fl 15min. away/ The boys loved Lambert's where they throw you a hot roll..its an experience! Great grocery stores available..Publix our favorite. Pirates Island great for minature golf and the Zoo was a fun way to spend 2 hours before returning to the beach & pool! Our week flew by and we would definitely recommend this condo for a getaway for a family; a couple, or just the girls! We definitely would like to return!! Suggest paper plates for young children on the balcony! Judy & Dick Chattanooga, TN.

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay over spring break!! This is is a nice quite family friendly place to vacation. The close proximity to the gulf shore, the beautiful view and the excellent indoor outdoor pool and hot tub, made this a great family getaway. The interior was modern and well furnished with 3 of the 4TVs flat screened with dvd players. Our weather was not the greatest unfortunately, but the pool hot tub saved our vacation!! There were several grocery and convenience stores nearby. The owner was easy to contact and answered questions promptly. We hope to make a return visit. Thank you, Jeanne

  My family of 7 and I stayed there for one week last summer. I would reccommend it to anyone. The beach was fantastic! It was not crowded and it was family friendly. The condo location was great! It was right above the pool so the kids swim with an adult and the rest of the adults could sit on the balcony and look down at the pool or to the ocean. The building itself was easy to find and they would clean the indoor/outdoor pool each morning. The covered parking was nice and there were 2 elevators that made transporting luggage to the room and easy chore. The condo was spatious and nicely decorated. The master bedroom and living room had excellent ocean views. The only complaint I had was the condo needed cleaning. There was a thick layer of dust on our floor and some of the upholstery was dirty. Also, the washer/dryer was small and it took a long time to do laundry. However, the location, square footage and views made up for all of that. The owner, Danny, was excellent to work with.
