This ski-in/ski-out home is designed with many upgraded amenities. We realize you have many choices for lodging in Deer Valley. We stocked and decorated this unit as our home away from home. As a rental we are also providing the added service of a personal concierge. This person is available to assist you with check in/check out, early shipping of your skis and luggage can be arranged and groceries can be delivered before you arrive so you are ready to enjoy your vacation when you walk in the door. There will also be a welcome basket and fresh flowers awaiting your arrival.
This luxury, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 2nd floor corner unit is slope side and is located in the newest area of Upper Deer Valley, the Village at Empire Pass.
You will have complete privacy since this unit has no walls adjacent to any other unit. The Arrowleaf Lodge is a TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT property. It is located DIRECTLY on the slope of the Silver Buck ski run which has its own new high speed quad just 15 seconds by skis from the unit. There is a jacuzzi and fire pit on the property just outside the unit. If you have kids you will be able to keep a eye on them in the jacuzzi right from your living room and kitchen windows. The common area inside the building also provides a pool table, dart board and reading areas for you and your guest to enjoy
during your stay. The condo also provides free shuttle service through
Dial a Ride. This convenient service can transport you and your guests to other areas of Deer Valley as well as to the Park City Resort Center and Main street. This complimentary service makes going out to dinner in Park City very convenient. It is not necessary to rent a car once you check in, but if you do there is heated underground parking for two cars.
Look outside the many full sized windows and you will see the Silver Strike chair passing by you and views of the mountain and the pond which is located on the property. Take the elevator or walk down one flight of stairs and enter the spacious ski locker room where you have your own private ski locker with 4 sets of boot warmers and plenty of space for skis, poles and helmets. Put on your ski boots and walk 19 steps to Silver Buck Ski Run.
There is no waiting in lines to begin your day since you are already located atop the Deer Valley resort, this is true skiing luxury.
We have added many high end amenities in this multi-million dollar property.
They include, a high end AV and audio sound system with IPod docking station and speakers throughout the house. A 42 inch LCD Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and and flat screen TV¹s in every bedroom. We have wireless internet throughout the condo. A well equipped kitchen with a Wolf range and oven, wine refrigerator and sub zero fridge. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to entertain a party of 10 or to have a few of your
friends over after a great day on the slopes.
