  Stayed for a long weekend in October 2011. Great communication with owner - quick to reply and gave helpful information. Unit and property are well maintained and as described in listing. Felt very clean and safe. Quiet property with very friendly staff. Excellent location within walking distance to beach, marina and town!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Hi Jeff Thank you for great holiday accommodations. We arrived back home last Sunday. The whole trip went very well. My wife, myself and our travel friends, really enjoyed our stay at your condon. The condo and location worked out perfect for us. The pool area definitely helped to balance out the business around Cabo. We used it most afternoons. Everything worked out very well with the kitchen in the condo as we prepared quite a few meals there. In future, you may want to mention to your Canadian renters that US coins are required for the washer and dryer. It took a little looking around town for some US change. Not a problem, We found some at the Office. Next time we are heading to Cabo, we will definately be looking you up. Thanks again Doug and Lorelee

  The staff was personable and efficient ! The pool plaza had a great little restaurant/bar with attentive service. The condo was well represented, clean and well located for a family stay. The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking, but we didn't mind, as the eating experience in town was fun. The rooms were large and comfortable, with fun colors. The fridge had complimentary water bottles for our first night stay. My only suggestion: The bed linens definitely could use some updating. Thanks for a great stay ... we would stay again:0)

  We had a great time staying in your condo while we were in Cabo. Your condo was even better than it looked on the internet pictures. The atmosphere at Marina Sol was friendly and a relaxing place to return to after the crowds around the beach and Marina. The food there was also great. Cabo was wonderlful, and I'd love to return and stay at your condo on another trip sometime.

  The condo is AMAZING!Even though I saw the pictures before going, I was still able to be amazed once I arrived. It is very spacious and comfortable, which is hard to show in photos. The deck area is also a great bonus that doesn’t “show” too well in photos. Extra space… extra views… extra fun!The kitchen has all the necessary items to create most any meal. This was nice because we did not have to eat out every meal or think too much about the amenities when at the grocery store. Every employee that I interacted with was helpful and courteous. I really do not think that you could ask for much more. I hated to leave and cannot wait to get back!If I had to pick a “con,” it would only be navigating the stairs with full luggage.

  Hi, Owner here. I found this comment on Tripadvisor's website submitted by someone called CAtravelbug regarding my condo. I don't even know this person. Thought I would share. 5 of 5 stars! A gem. Marina Sol Resorts is a wonderful alternative to the huge and pricey resorts. Very conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, downtown and the Marina, it was ideal for us and our 2 teenage boys. You do not need a car. The condo was roomy, clean and well appointed, E-204, wonderful 2 bdrm corner unit. The Oasis Restaurant, located on the property has tasty and price competitive meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention the 2 for 1 all day drink specials. The staff was always friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.
