Wake in the morning in the rich king sized master bedroom with balcony access. The sitting area in this bedroom includes a loveseat (sofa bed), rocking recliner, desk and a wall mounted 40” LCD flat screen TV with Blue-ray DVD player. An impressive 12’ walk-in closet with abundant shelves and an eight drawer island dresser allows plenty of room to unpack all your belongings. The master bath boasts a large shower with seat and two showerheads, double sinks, vanity area and granite countertops. Enjoy a bubble bath as you watch your favorite show on the TV from the oversized bathtub.
The second bedroom sleeps five. It includes a queen size bed and bunk bed with a trundle beneath. This room has access to the balcony as well as a walk-in closet, 32” flat screen LCD TV with PlayStation 3 and a Blue-ray DVD player. The private bath features a large shower and double sinks.
A unique third bedroom features a full size Murphy bed, wall-mounted shelving and its own private full bath. All bedrooms are carpeted.
Across from the kitchen in the laundry room is a full-sized washer and dryer as well as a utility sink. Plenty of plush towels, sheets, blankets and beach towels are available. Beach chairs and pool rafts are stored in a basement closet for your convenience.

The condo has been fully renovated top to bottom. The unit is very close to the water and has a FANTASTIC view of the ocean which I love.

I bought the condo in Vero Beach because I had read it was a great place to stay and had not been overly developed. Most all the buildings are three stories or less and the beach is never crowded. I live in Lexington, Kentucky.
